After waiting in line for 10mins didn't even get food as service was so terrible! Everyone looked like they just didn't want to be there

Tastes so so. Too little amount of herbs and meat for the price of over $5/each roll. I hate that they put their dipping sauce in the sachets form. I mean it can be convenient with thicky type sauces like tomato or chilli sauce, but not for a runny one like fish sauce. Kinda messy if you are not careful. Also, dipping the rolls deep into the sauce actually tastes better. Hope that this brand will allow customers to purchase dipping sauces in small containers as in other restaurants.

I got a rice paper roll looked nice on the display but when you eat it, the nice looking part is only at the top. The ingredient is almost all noodles. For me it was only $5.25 wasted and I just don't go there again but I just hate these people try to sell something cheap by camouflaging to make it look nicer. I hope this review help other people stop wasting money or try 1 roll then you decide to buy more or leave.

Awful service today. The staff member didn’t say hi when I greeted him. I asked for 2 rolls- wasn’t asked sauce selection, held out EFTPOS machine and didn’t say how much, I walked away and only given one roll in box. Very disappointing

Went up to the counter to order and they said they were closed for the night so we went with another option. 20 minutes later they had re-opened and people were ordering.

In what universe in 2023 at an international airport do we not accept cash. I walked in today to buy some lunch only to be told they won't take my legal currency. CASH.she then went on to tell me that it's credit only. I told the sales assistant that I wanted to pay cash.she didn't care.card or nothing.great customer service. I reported it to the airport and they responded with its illegal to not accept cash. I couldn't be Bothered arguing because my flight was boarding

Ordered a barramundi, and prawn rice paper roll, horribly over priced ($10.50 for two), and such bad quality. The vermicelli noodles in the prawn roll were so over cooked, and the barramundi was so hard and dry, texture like it was cooked two days ago. Save your money and go elsewhere. So so disappointed I wasted a meal on this place.
