Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Delicious fresh and tasting food! Generous portion sizes and authentic flavour! Manger Lin is amazing, doing a sensational job! This would have to be my Favourite roll'd!

Poor service and expensive.

The store looks ready in the morning just before 9AM with full staff doing preparation, a customer before me was standing at the counter waiting to be served. No staff were paying attention to her or at least had a courtesy to inform customers that the store is not open until 9AM. Then she left with disappointment. When it was my turn, I was standing there like a ghost as well. Finally, I got one staff attention but another one turned around and told me blankly that "we are open at 9AM. It was 8: 56 AM at that time. However, they managed to get another staff to serve me. He did apologise and carry on.

My suggestion is that to have a sign at the counter to let customers know that "It opens at 9AM" and retrain staff to have a better customer service.

Tried three times. Yes three times. They always run out of lemons. Considering thety are literally next door to coles, aldi and other grocers. They dont really offer the condiments and make you feel unconfortable when you ask. Broth is never consistent. Twice it felt like it was watered down. Tried the soldiers, no flavour what so ever. Tried the bao and soggy as!

I would only go here if you are stuck and no other option.

Very disappointing!

The cashier named Tavia served me as the cashier and used the till EFTPOS ect with her food gloves on then made my Bahn mi with the same gloves on. Then Gave me my bahn my which was half wrapped up and just dumped it on the dirty counter with the bread just exposed all over the counter. 440pm sun June 4

I ordered the BBH on Uber eat and unfortunately the meat was still red and was definitely not cooked be careful what you order from here

. The worst take food i can remember having. I ordered 5 dishes to find the noodle dishes very bland with very minimal toppings whether it was the pork or the chicken dish. The salad dish was like the packet salad from a supermarket and this was about $81. When i rang into complain i was told the manager is not available you need to email the support section. After 2 weeks of repeat emails and numerous phone calls i recieved a reply that there food is wieghed and if i wanted more chicken etc i would have to pay for it and i wouldnt get a refund. So if i was you i would read the other reviews. Check the quantity of what your expecting realising you wont get your money back and the support area is frustrating

If you wish to run a promotion. How about letting the people in line go first rather than have other people just walk up and go in leaving the people who waited inline wait long. This is very poor.

Two small pieces of chicken in my lemongrass chicken dish and the flavour was bland. Looks like I was the one who got Roll'd.
I won't be be eating here and getting ripped off again, not good enough.

The food is a joke. Bland sweet potato fries, tasteless noodle salad. Barely any meat, a bit of vegetables and huge amount of bland noodles. I won't come back!

I was very impressed by the quality of the Bahn Mi I ordered. I would highly recommend the Barbecue Chicken Bahn Mi, within 2 minutes I had received my order. The roll tasted very fresh and I was very happy with the quality. Excellent customer service all round!

I tried the roast pork banh mi for the first time today. It was soo delivious! All the ingrediants were fresh and balanced perfectly. The pork crackle had a wonderful crunch to it and the meat was tender and flavoursome. The staff here are friendly and take care with every order. I will be back soon.

I reccomend the chicken avocado soldiers with hoisin they’re so good <3, literally lifechanging.best place to eat at greensborough!

YUM! I got 2 rice paper rolls and Roast pork bread roll made without coriander. They were absolutely yummy! I've had Roll'd before in the city but this store was so much better. Highly recommend! Food is always fresh and tasty. I've been coming to this rolld for almost 2 months for lunch and I've never had a single negative experience. $10 for a healthy fresh roast pork with crakling bread roll, half price of SUBWAY. The staff always lovely and friendly, some have even remembered my order off-by-heart. Highly recommend rolld in Greensborough!

Worst Pho in Melbourne. The soup is warm so the beef was not cooked. Beef was super chewy like chewing gum.

I received my roast pork roll in under a minute from ordering and it was warm, crispy, fresh and tasty! For $10 it was a great quick option for a potentially healthy meal with no wait time despite having plenty of orders and I would happily go back again

Delicious as always, very fresh however I don’t think the price is reasonable. Realistically and also since it’s a vegan option and mostly comprised as a rice/vegetable dish you’d expect some decent pricing, as opposed to feeling like your paying for the “vegan” or “plant-based” name when it is more than that, it’s a dietary requirement and I’m hungry just trynna buy food: ’)

Mitch does not know how to make a banh mi, Tongs used for the meat always out of place which makes cross-contamination. Uses little pork in with 3 tiny pieces of crackle.

I don't really care considering the workers are probably on minimum wage and have lives outside of work, but there was 0 effort into my order and $12 is expensive for a small bread roll with little meat, go up the road to EJ's patisserie, which delivers authentic banh's that are cheaper and bigger.

The beef they use is like leather
I could not chew one piece I had to remove it all from my pho, yuck.
