Best mid shift lunch I’ve had. Service was amazing, super fast. The food was also really good and affordable with a full meal only being $19.the restaurant was nice, clean, and a good escape from the shopping madness. The two people working at around 2: 30 today Boxing Day were also both amazing.

Ordered rice paper rolls that were clearly sitting out all day (was like eating plastic), our pho was luke-warm, picked onions tasted like they’d gone bad and the mushrooms tasted like vinegar. It was clearly not made fresh - we won’t be eating there again.

Roll’d fountain gate has the most amazing freshly made rice paper rolls and their customer service is exceptional! If you’re looking for a healthy lunch option, pop in to their store and they will serve you with a smile

I dont like the meat quality in the lemon grass beef noodle salad. Looks like the wholesale pet meat I used to buy for my dogs.veggies and sauce are good.

The worst place with the worst service. Never recommend. The staff never admits to their mistakes to start with. I wish I could review them in negative.

Your rolls have changed over the years of shopping here. You'd be lucky to get 10g of meat in a duck roll, it's all rice noodle.

Usually have great experience here but the pickled product in our bowl and in our bao buns was so sour and tasted like it was off. Never tasted like that in other stores. We asked the staff if it was okay and they just said it’s pickled and we had to bin our food.

Shocking my husband went there today to pick up an order we made online at 1230pm, to pick it up at 230pm, husband was told it would be a half an hour wait he is like um we ordered 2hrs ago.
Anyways he waits but then overhears the lady telling another person who was ordering that they have no bbq chicken solders left. Doesnt bother to tell him it's only because he asked once she was finished serving about it, that he was made aware. Whats the point of ordering online 2hrs prior if your not guaranteed to get your order and why wait all this time to then hear they have ran out of bbq soldiers. Won't be a returning customer that's for sure.

Great food every time we visit. Rice paper rolls, spring rolls and steamed buns are simply 5 star. The taste of the soup has improved and is a great choice to reduce hangover ;-) With friendly service and very impressive food, this is our favourite Roll'd in Melbourne!

Greasy dishes with visible dirt, pho was still hard and the beef was bland.broth was okay, though none of what we ordered tasted vietnamese

Absolutely amazing service and food. Quality is consistent and never disappoint me. One of the regular customer and order 5 out of 7 days in a week. Seafood spring rolls, rice meal is my favourite.
