Rude and dismissive staff, usually love Roll’d at other shopping centre’s but wouldn’t come back to this one again.

Ordered 2 rice paper rolls during lunch today. The rice paper was dry hard and chewy. I literally had to pull them out from my mouth…certainly didn’t live up to the brand name ‘of ‘Roll’d’.

Paying over $4 for a bunch of dried up noodles wrapped in rice paper is ridiculous. There was the smallest bit of meat and herbs which I could barely taste due to the ratio of noodles used. Waste of money.

Lack any care in thier presentation, places has really dropped in quaility. The food just just slapped in the bun. The vegtables are cut poorly,

Ordered a Bánh Mì, but they were so busy with Uber orders, that it took them 20 mins to get me my order. Prioritise customers that are already there, mate.

Worst customer service ever! The worker with the nose ring needs to work on their customer service skills. I didn't get served at all and I waited in line. Two customers had pushed infront of me the this worker accepted that kind of behaviour, that is not okay. Still doesn't even deserve a star.

Bad customer service. I bought rice paper roll for the first time they didn't put any sauce inside the box. I had to ask them what sauce they have. It's Not worth for price I paid 18$.

Had a nasty expereince when ordered a chicken rice dish and got a beef noodles one. And I am not a beef eater! When went back to confirm staff wasn't sure how it happened none of them accepted their mistake instead one of them asked me to pay more money for the chicken one which later he realised that it was the same price. Nevertheless they replaced my order with the right one post that. Still not going to Roll'd again!

Very good food and service. I accidentally got the incorrect order. Called in and they had my order waiting for me. Also got to sample the other dish that I had walked away with. I wish I had a picture to post but that’s a compliment to the food, there’s nothing left to take pictures of! It was that good!

Ordered 2 rice paper rolls, one with pork the other with duck. Both were bulked out with noodles and the small amount of meat that was present was tough, dry and tasteless. The rice paper on the duck roll was rubbery and difficult to chew. I wish I had read the other reviews before I went here. They can’t be too serious about improving otherwise they would have done it already.

Ordered 2 Bahn me’s (apologies for incorrect spelling) and it was really disappointing. There used to be a decent amount of meat but this time, it was minimal to say the least. There was a “lot” of carrot,
in-fact more carrot then anything else. For the cost surely there could of been more meat.

Pork roll was unpleasant, salty and nothing like what I have eaten in vietnam or from small local bah mi shops.

The slowest people in history! I’m surprised they can tie their shoelaces in the morning. Waited 30 minutes for an order. Disgusting service

No masks on in the kitchen, didn’t want to go back for a refund I felt it could start an argument:/ $15 in the bin. I should have just not ordered and walked away.

I think this is the worst food I have ever ordered. I blame myself however, and will take as a learning curve because I didn't read the reviews before ordering. $40 down the drain and I'm still hungry.

Name checks out, I ‘got rolled’, or maybe I accidentally ordered a ‘Burnht Mi’.

Expensive for a Banh Mi, 1 rice paper roll & drink ($17.70).

Was surprised they’d even serve this, surely they looked at the bread whilst making it?

I ordered rice paper rolls and crab crackers. I was given the rice paper rolls straight away but was given a buzzer to wait for the crackers. I was happy to wait thinking that they needed to make the crackers. 5-10 minutes later, a staff member goes to the cupboard and takes out a packet of crab crackers for me (of which there were only 5 crackers inside). That was a really illogical and frustrating way to be served. Service could be improved. Food is okay for a large chain, but agree with others in saying if you have time drive to Bayswater down the road for authentic, value-for-money Vietnamese food.

If I could give no stars I would, awful food and overpriced.
Just go to Bayswater and try one of the many Vietnamese restaurants instead of these guys.

Disgusting food. Poor presentation.

I ordered the grilled pork and crackling banh mi, needless to say the experience was quite horrendous. The banh mi was terribly arranged, inconsistent and also very dry. Not worth the wait and price at all.would never buy ever again.

The food was awful. The staff was impatient just wanted quickly done my order so she can get back to the kitchen for whatever she was doing. I ordered a sliced rare beef noodle soup, and I was shocked as the soup base is cold, and I couldn’t have any beef (the rare beef was unable to get cooked by the hot soup base). Worse food I had ever!
