Roll'd DFO South Wharf

I should have read the review before I had a poor experience here like others.
1. Staff’s rudeness- when I asked her question about food, she said like, did you EVEN look at the menu?
2. I ordered a drink and side combo, I could have options to choose my drink. The rude staff didn’t even ask what I would get, she just gave me ice tea.
3. I got a spring roll wrapped with rice paper. The roll was dry.

I don’t think I will go to this shop ever again…

Why would I be bothered to give more feedback sending an email to you?
1. I am not going there ever again.
2. It seems like that place is getting bad reviews since it opens.
3.2 years passed, still getting bad reviews from customers, looks like managements have no willingness to fix the problems.
4. Your countermeasure for customers is just… well no comments

Too little veggies for the price. There wasnt any mints. Mostly vermicelli tho. And some parts of rice paper was hard.
Sauce container was too small, couldnt dip the roll in so I ended up pouring it over the roll. Need to be extra careful so it wont be messy cringe. Pls fix this issue. Rice paper rolls are supposed to be dipping in the sauce

Do not buy any food from this place, I bought a banmi and pork and rice and rice paper rolls, the worst ban mi I have ever had and the pork and rice was awful and the rice paper rolls tasteless, save your money and eat else where they cannot cook

Loved the bao buns - steaming hot with the crunchiest filling, loved the rice paper rolls - not sticky, very crunchy, must go when shopping in DFO

Very friendly staff, especially the girl with glasses, they handle the rush very well and the food is always super tasty and filling

Chicken Pho:
Noodles overcooked, came in a super wobbly plastic cup, almost didn’t make it the 5m from counter to the table. No taste at all, very small, no sauces to add. Disappointed…

The roast pork and crackling rice bowl was tasty and very filling. The crackling was a little bland, but the pork made up for it

Lovely food and I usually get great customer service. However the guy that served me this time had AirPods in and was very abrupt. The team deals with rushes super well tho.

Not worth a long wait for this chunky noodle.the service is not nice, not next time for me. Thanks

Had the Banh Mi - roast pork and crackling. With extra chilli. One of the better Banh MI’s I have had. Staff was friendly and provided advice and their recommendations. I will definitely visit the restaurant again the next time I am at the convention centre. I’ll try the other Banh Mi on the menu, all of which sound delicious.

Staff is very rude and the service was very bad. I suggest to my all friends do not waste your money in these dirty restaurant. I was very aggressive at that time and staff members do not have manners like how to talk with customers.

Terrible customer service I was assisted by the old man with eye glasses, he was very rude and didn’t even very attentive with the order, also very difficult with customer request. Poor service.

Service attitude is incomparable bad! I was waiting for the staff to turn around and serve me when an old white lady stood right next to me on the same line as me and the staff turned around and started serving the white guy straight away. I don't understand, why? I just can't understand it! Then a young man called me to another side to order food. I asked him the price of spring rolls, and he told me in an impatient manner, giving me the impression of being arrogant and urging people to order quickly. I don't understand, is it all Vietnamese attitude that bad? Of course not! This IS THE worst Vietnamese RESTAURANT I'VE EVER HAD IN Melbourne! Never come back again! I hope other customers will not be treated unfairly!

Definately a better experience compared to other food I've had here. Taste of the rolls were good, a little on the dry side but better food than other places there. The sauce went well but could have been a little more generous.
Staff were friendly

Surprisingly small portion for a bowl of pho that costs $13. Not worth at all. Won’t come back again.

Fresh and Tasty as all the others but.this one i found much less filling.barely half of what should be in there.
