6 I’m working in the centre and usually getting lunch there, most of the time there is a Philo lady which is so nice serving me, few times there was an asian girl serving me which she’s so rude and apparently she’s a manager! She usually does not put enough ingredients for Pho and I try not to complain but today (18th Jan 2024) I nicely asked for extra (normal amount) of ingredient and she asked me to go back to counter and pay extra money! She was so rude about it. As a person who’s doing customer management for years I would say she knows nothing about customer service which is so disappointing!
Never come back
I bought low carb chicken soldiers yesterday and when I went to eat them on my break I realised they were off they stunk so bad! Straight in the bin
I have given up on ordering from here, they have removed the notes from Ubereats and purposefully do not answer the phone. Say good bye to your previously loyal customer!
Sadly, this was the worst banh mi I've ever had in my life!
I've been obsessed with banh mi for over 20 years, and the vegan lemongrass banh mi from here was so bad I had to write a review. The lemongrass basting was so salty, and the bread roll was soft (as if from a western bakery)
I've had banh mi from here before but I don't remember it being bad.

Fast service, fresh and tasty Vietnamese rice paper rolls. Favourite was the chicken and duck rolls. Located in the downstairs food court next to schnitz.
