The banh mi here is only satisfactory if you’re really really hungry… otherwise it’s not worth the price at all.

The app doesn't work and after 7 issues with it, deleted it The service is OK, but not the full selection other food outlets have.
Last resort option at Monash store

As a frequent Monash Clayton visitor, I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of food outlets catering for different tastebuds. On one of those occasions during a late evening, I tried the Vietnamese noodle soup with chicken. Soup was very flavourful perhaps due to the fact I am one of the last customers and the soup has extracted all the goodness from its ingredients. Will go back again soon.

Had a mixed experience here.the last time i ate here the staffs are quite friendly, but today i got disrespected by one of the staffs.got laughed at and treated in a rather unfriendly manner, for no reason at all.you guys better improve your customer service.won't be eating here again

Super rude staff. Asked for a receipt and they responded with frustration. Dont mess someone else’s day if you are having a bad day

Had the Super yummy "Tho"! Perfect temperature, delicious, lots of veggies and not at all oily. A must must have in cold weathers.

Really nice rice paper rolls - good selection. Also like the noodle salad with pork spring rolls. Service is good

Everything here is highly overpriced. The food is not as good as you would expect for the amount you are paying. Waiting times are much longer than the others I have tried on campus. Customer service is horrible. They often seem to be in a rush, and more often than not, they will not pack your takeaway order.

Firstly, the bag is not very strong, if you put your soup inside, the bag will broke.
Secondly, told me the crispy chicken ribs is a side dish, and does not comes with a meal, and then when the other girl came, told me a different story that it comes with a main dish.
And accuse me of not listening properly for their instructions. And Kombucha need to pay 1.5 dollar more besides that 5 dollars regular side dish which is horrible price. It comes to almost 19 dollars for a meal now. I really cannot stand this shop's service.

Service is top notch, friendly and kind even during the mask lockdown I can tell they were smiling.
It was my first time trying Rolld yesterday and today is my second run.
I'm impressed with the Bun, salads and soldiers.
Plus can't go wrong with sweet Viet coffee.

I went to monash to join graduate event, in lunch to here to have lunch, it is I ever got a bad Pho that really small and bad quality food, and the price pretty highly than other place’s pho! Can I give none star?

It is too bad! Soup is around 60 degrees with the raw beef and $12 Pho is just a little bit. Don’t try it even no food there!

Fantastic fresh food with more than 10 options of rolls made in store. Currently they have a promotion going with 2 rolls n a drink for $10.
Plenty of seating outside with a giant screen across which has sports on.

Love Roll'd. I spend far too many lunch times consuming noodle salads, seafood spring rolls and noodle soup. Love it!

Ordered Pho (rare beef)
The soup was barely warm so it didn't cook the beef well. My meat was stringy, soft & smelled badly of raw beef.
The soup was salty as well.

Delicious crispy chicken ribs noodle salad, tasty pho and refreshing lemon ice tea. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Great service and food is consistently good.
