Was not what it used to be my Bahn mi was disgusting- the meat was dry and the bun had no sauces on it like it used to have - not only that but ordered the pork crackling Bahn mi and paid for that and they were out and only told us when we complained. Very upset as I am a regular customer

The food is so good. The shredded chicken pho is the healthiest and tastiest light meal. Thank you!

Really not good, I should've have looked at reviews first. I tried the pork fried rice and the ingredients were very clearly not fresh / wilted and the meat was dried out and had rubbery crackling. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

The worst banh mi I have ever had. I ordered the pork crackling and the meat was so bland and dry, I don’t think it was even roasted on the day felt like it’s been in the fridge for a couple of days. The vegetables were not fresh and their salad bar looks disgusting, the carrot container had a lot of water in it. When it was served they had to drain the old looking water before putting it in the bun. All that for $12 (I got extra meat) much regrets.

Oh my goodness. Don’t bother please. Ordered rice dishes and the portion of meat were like a tablespoon per dish. Ridiculous. Paying ridiculous price for a bowl FULL of rice, some shredded carrots and cucumber. Lol! Pretty tasteless as well. Terrible! Please don’t order from them and just get your Vietnamese fix from other places! NEVER AGAIN I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple Bao Bun order, while 3 people who ordered the same thing AFTER us were served first.

Had to enquire about our food in order to even get noticed, and the staff were incredibly rude.not even an apology for the long wait.

Not what it used to be. Either cutting corners or using low quality produce. Ordered a roast pork roll, bread was not crunchy, airy, chewy.it was like a dense brick. Roast pork tasted like Christmas ham. And to top it off, waited a good 10 minutes. For that. Don't waste your money.

Bahn mi (let's be honest, not a real Bahn mi) is dry, lacking flavour. No pate, meat dry and unappealing. Spring rolls are ok, but again lacking in flavour. Just a let down all round.

Came here for lunch a few days ago. I was on the late side of the lunch period and the place was pretty messy with containers of food (including meat) just sitting around on the bench. I was in a rush to eat so I ordered a banh mi and ate it on the way home, even though the meat was only lukewarm and the vegetables were soggy. By dinner time, the toilet and I were becoming friends and the next day I was hospitalised with dehydration. Food poisoning has definitely taught me to avoid this place like the plague.

Bought 2 Baos, one was bbq chicken the other one was lemon grass beef, paid $4.90 each. Hardly any meat.when i saw the girl prepared it, I knew she was being careful with the meat, a tiny teaspoon that's all.just lots of soggy coleslaw. Terrible. I couldnt even finish it because bao with no filling was just yuck. Oh well.never again.

Rolls didnt taste fresh, theh kept falling apart and i got food poisoning. Not eating there again.

Went Tuesday oct 29th around lunch time, the Asian girl at the counter was super rude n looked depressed

Staff there are rude and impatient. The paper rolls are over priced like $5 for one thing and shredded chicken cup is tasteless and has tiny bits of chicken to none

Tried both the soldier and bao today and was not impressed with either. Couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and pork. Both were tasteless. So much rigmarole to go thru to even order with coupons was ridiculous. Never again and I love Vietnamese food.

I used to like the banh mi here until I tried it in Springvale. Now Rolld’s banh mi is dry and tasteless.ruined forever!

Rice paper rolls were dry as we came in late afternoon. Normally best to get them soon after it is made.

The rolls were stale and been sitting there for ages very disappointing. I could hardly bite through it it was that hard

Just bought 2 x rice paper rolls, 1 x garlic prawn and 1 x poached chicken breast & Avocado. Couldn't tell the difference brtween the 2. Only one prawn in Garlic and prawn. Smh

I was starving when I wandered around the foodcourt in this shopping centre. There was the usual Maccas, KFC, kebabs and hot box Chinese food. I was just about to leave when I saw Roll'd. I was so happy that I had found somewhere to eat with a franchise at which I'd eaten many times. I figured that they have a formula so what could go wrong.
Well. Firstly, the girl at the counter didn't pay attention to what I ordered and tried to charge me the wrong amount. I only ordered a small Pho with shredded chicken and chilli to take away.
They were very busy so I expected to have a wait. Fair enough. But the woman preparing the food obviously became overwhelmed because she walked away mid order.
Another girl took over and I watched her prepare orders which looked lovely and in an efficient manner.
Unfortunately though, she didn't make mine. A boy appeared from somewhere and made mine.
You would think that the cost of the ingredients was coming out of his own pocket because I basically got a cup of soup with noodles and a smattering of the other ingredients. The soup was flavourless too.
I've had this meal many times at many different locations and I've never had a bad one before today.
Hopefully it is a one off.

Sorry guys you have failed me again. For the third time I have had average service. To top it off I spend $16 plus on rice paper rolls, that were tough and tasted old. You won’t be getting a 4 chance from me I’m done.
