That still haven't been delivered and good luck trying to contact someone about it either
Have left messages and no one has contacted me

We have left a deposit on a number of items and 5 months later cant get in touch to find out where our products are. 25 minutes waiting on hold. Auto message someone would call back but nothing yet.terrible customer service.

This place has woeful customer service. From the moment I walked in I was shown contempt and the staff were all too busy to serve me.
Stupidly, I decided to buy from them based on prior purchases. Once goods were paid I was unable to discuss my order. You can’t get through on the phone lines and the manager Aman is absolutely incompetent. Waited two weeks for a phone call and after several attempts to call myself I cancelled the order and had to go elsewhere. Cost me a fortune in lost time and delayed my project. Very very disappointed and angry. ACS bathrooms around the corner were the complete opposite. Bad mistake choosing Roger sellers. The business has gone downhill fast after the acquisition.

As mentioned by many of the reviews here, customer service will not get back to you by email and they will not pick up the phone.

After sales customer service was nothing short of outstanding. On two occasions, replacement parts were couriered out interstate overnight…no questions asked. Probably the best and most prompt service I’ve ever received.

We found the staff offered first class service and general guidance. Suggested item that was available and which we weren’t aware of, Thank you.

Great products and clear communication on lead times by the staff. Things take time when importing from Italy and this was communicated very well. Thank you

Although I initially had issues with the on line process Amanda was very helpful and streamlined the process to make ordering in the future easier.

The stuffs were helpful at Rogerseller. We went in on Friday with our issue and we got email from product support on Monday. The instructions was very clear and detailed. Great service, thanks.

Wonderful service and support from Kathryn at Brisbane Rogerseller. Only downside for us was the delivery which was supposed to be to our building site where the builder was waiting for the products was taken to the post office. Despite providing all the contact information no attempt was made to deliver the products to the builder. This however is a delivery issue and not a reflection on the service we received or the lovely produces.

Honestly I would rate 0 if I could. Already 2 faulty cisterns since installation in a brand new home. Got them to fix them and it happened again in less than a couple of months! And they refused to fix it because it exceeded a year since we bought it. But it’s the same issue! It’s faulty system to start with!

This product is absolute shithouse. I've had so many problems installing this product it's becoming a joke. I wouldn't put this product in my dogs kennel

We were very disappointed by the poor after sales/ warranty service at Roger Seller. After now replacing all of the bathroom fittings they sold us.
Roger Seller would not take any responsibility for the Fantini fittings nor the inlet pipes that burst, flooding our bathrooms, despite having drastic water pressure reduction valves fitted by our plumber. The plumber said that the stainless steel /rubber centred inlet pipes that Roger Seller supplied did not meet Australian Standards nor Watermark. Three fittings also had pinhole deterioration of the chrome finish which was caused by interior corrosion. A perfect case of where it looks ok in the showroom it will not last very well in your bathroom. The new fittings were bought at another nearby retailer after checking that the fittings were in fact covered by a 10 year warranty and had passed rigorous testing here.

Extremely poor service and major headache to deal with. Will cause you construction delays. Very disappointed customer.

Rogerseller is amazing. I had a quote from a sydney plumber for a part for $175 more than what Rogerseller sold the product for ($40). Amazing customer service I would recommend these guys any time any day of the week. Huge thanks to Danny for all of his help.

Beautiful shop and great customer service. Everything in the shop, from to the bathrooms to kitchens is stunning. Peta, who I dealt with, is very friendly and willing to assist and find the best solution. I will return.
