Spoke to roger the morning of a friends wedding and asked him if he could help a guy out. Asked me to come in ASAP. He got me all measured up and sent me on my way. Called an hour and a half later to come and grab it. Absolute legend. Would recommend and have recommended to all of my friends and family.

Quinine is a very skillful tailor, and a fast worker! He always does a great job for a very reasonable price.

I had two pairs of pants taken up at this business. Both have untidy stitching and threads sticking out. Very low quality work. Would not recommend this place.

Quyen is a magician, he fixed my wedding dress after I was certain it could not be saved! He also tailored my husbands suit perfectly! He is very busy, but still had time to help within my short time frame! Would recommend!

The store is so busy now that the staff are rushed off of their feet but still complete jobs in the timeframe requested. Roger, it may be time to hire more staff as the business is booming!

My parents were customers of Roger’s Alterations when it was in Patterson Road in the 2000s. A couple of weeks ago I went to this newer location to have two t-shirts shortened and a pair of trousers taken in. The shop was packed! The number of customers are a testament to the quality of the tailoring. The tailors were rushed off their feet, but they get the jobs done on time. The quality of the work is perfect, you cannot tell that my clothes have been altered, they look as if they just came off the rack. The price is extremely reasonable. It was $60 for three items, so that’s $20 per garment! The changes I wanted were fairly simple for such experienced tailors, but I still expected the price to be much higher. I am very happy!

I received a business card from a customer service rep after purchasing a suit from David Jones. I decided to text and email Queyen from Rogers Alterations to enquire about his availability to fix a shirt and pants for my wedding. He replied straight via text and email on that same day and provided a quote too! Very prompt service!

Queyen is a true professional who is polite and customer orientated, he also happily gave me feedback about how best it would fit on my body and what colour shoes I could wear to complete the look. I also asked Queyen if he had a spare suit cover I could have or purchase when getting fitted. Queyen was kind enough to find a spare suit cover for me when I returned to collect and pay for my clothes. He remembered even though it was a week later and didn't even charge me extra for it. I'll certainly be back and recommend this business to others!

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the quality of craftsmanship, professionalism and kindness I was shown at Roger alterations. I was desperate to have some very last minute alterations made to my wedding dress and had tried to get in with bridal tailors with no luck. I was told to try Roger alteration and I am so incredibly happy that I did. The alterations were done within 24 hours, which included on the spot adjustments. My dress fitted me PERFECTLY as a result of the alterations and better yet, I was not charged a rush fee or inflated pricing like I would have experienced via a bridal tailor. Roger alteration now has me a customer for life and I will always be truly appreciative. You made me one very happy bride!
