8Can the boss of this rodd&gunn store review the older woman that works there? She lies lies lies too much & seems so insecure when I just wanted help finding a size of some tops. What a psycho.
Older lady I think her name was Debra, didn’t help me at all just worried about how neat the shelves are.
So I actually went to Rodd & Gunn in David jones but due to the strange management of the company, David jones staff were unable to help and the R&G staff member was not present. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes for the staff member to return while 5 Davis jones staff members stood around helplessly. This is the slow death of retail. Horrendous service.
We went in store to return online orders for a different size. Both staff today were really helpful and great at what they do. A real asset to the company. They found items in my size for me to try on and then called other stores for the colours I was after and arranged delivery to my door. Great service. NPS 10
Had to purchase a number of shirts and pants for work/ smart-casual evening wear - Gavin was very helpful and patient, even when I changed my mind a few times. Would definitely recommend.
The sales woman in the the store was horrible. Ask for a new one from back as the one displayed has loose threads, she said it is the last one, she can just cut it off. I walked away just because her attitude feels like she is not really care if u buy it or not, wasn't her business anyway.
Went to David Jones found the same brand, and ask for the one I wanted, which is not available at David Jones. The girl there was nice enough to check on the computer to see if there are anything available at Myer next door. It turns up there were 3 of the size I after available in the store I just went.
Ha, I knew that woman just don't wanna bother to get a new one for me.
Well, bad luck for this brand to hire a salesperson like that!
Don't waste your money by buying from this brand!
I paid $200 for shoe and it cut after wearing 2 times when I complained to the shop they just repaired the shoe with very bad condition, they offer fake 2 years warranty!
their products have nice design but bad quality.
