One of the worst customer service ever. Went there 2 days in a row and met 2 old ladies with both having ever bad attitude. She threw boxes heavily in front of us. Mocking and sighting customers, not very welcoming attitude. Not supporting customers, I signed up membership online and received an email but dont have an bar code, she was asking me for the bar code and when I said I didnt received one, she straight away said I was doing it wrong. Not very supportive with customers then. The products are great, good quality, but need to fix customer service attitude. Extremely disappointed with their service.

R&G Chadstone store is my favourite place. With Gavin around it’s always a great satisfaction to receive a personalised shopping experience. Gavin takes time and effort to suggest and assist in choosing the best. R&G garments are of high quality and I wear with confidence and comfort.

Beth and the lady there were very helpful, especially Beth for ordering in my jacket such a sweetheart would definitely recommend.

It's a NZ based brand, they sell some great quality stuff. You pay the price though. Exceptional customer service is what you can expect here.

Disappointing level of customer service, apart from Christian in the Main Chadstone Store. Been waiting for days for a phone call from Area Manager. Didn’t receive the call, which quite frankly doesn’t surprise me.

Christian has been always a big help with his knowledge about shoes and the brand; they didn’t have my size at the store but he ordered a pair for me within a couple of days! Much appreciated gesture. I’ll certainly go back again and recommend friends and family to this store. Bought a Rodd and Gunn jumper two and half years ago from the store inside Myer in Chadstone shopping centre. Recently noticed it started shedding little balls of wool despite wearing it once in a blue moon. Went back to the store and was told it is normal. If I was told this at the time of purchase I would have never considered buying it. I have jumpers that lasted for 20 years without any issues. Asked for my money back but was refused since the two years warranty has expired. I am stuck with an expensive jumper that I cannot wear for social or professional occasions. Not happy with the product nor with the response and will never be buying anything from them again.

Their clothing quality is second to none and so is their customer service. The only place I will get my work shirts and suits from.

The team here at their Chadstone store from my experience has the best customer service, material knowledge and broadest range of clothing to choose from. Their manager Julie is always helpful and courteous and is always more than happy to help you with your questions.

All the team members have a very in depth knowledge when it comes to clothing, material and how to best maintain them.

I have been a customer with them for nearly 2 years now and I will highly recommend this store to anybody looking for high quality clothing at a very affordable price.
