Ben is a nightmare to work with. He is unreliable & unprofessional. In person we have communicated that we would have the sink set out in the middle over the board (due to the limitation of ikea cabinets) in which we will cut down to make it fit the profile of the sink, that way the sink is centered. Instead it is way off centered & is offseted closer to one corner of the u shape kitchen, which is a eyesore. Didn’t realize what he had done until after installation. He blamed us for it considering how he disappeared for weeks without communications. After constant reaching out to him by phone we were finally able to get him to install the benchtop.

If there was a miscommunication & if you were unsure about something or it doesn’t look right to you then ask to confirm! Don’t go guessing as it will cost you & us money to fix.

Instead he has drag the project for weeks & just disappeared on us. Goes instantly quiet after we paid a 60% deposit for the stone benchtop. I worked for a joinery company and we would always get shop drawings for approval, got his contact while working there. Instead Ben rocks up to site after weeks of delay & decided to do his own thing without confirming with us.

His price is competitive but you risk getting a botched product (just to clarify nothing wrong with the product/brand, when I said product I’m referring to the job). Stay clear from his business, not going to recommend him.

Our kitchen was 32 years old and needed a freshen up. Ben did the stone bench tops and porcelain splash back in the kitchen, I have to say I never thought our kitchen would ever look as beautiful as it does, the workmanship is fantastic, Our kitchen has a bay window so difficult to do, Ben had one cut in the bench where the sink goes so it appears One piece. Workmanship is very impressive, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben.

His word means nothing, zero integrity

Disgraceful and unethical. Waiting into our fifth month now for pool copers, promised 7 times to me or my landscapers. Ben has made numerous excuses but no effort to fulfil this job. Costing us big money now renting temp pool fence and trades waiting on his laziness. Continued lies and zero integrity.

Very happy with the workmanship. Table looks beautiful! Ben's team (Trent and Haydin) were very patient and professional on the day of the installation. We love our custom built table! Highly recommended.

Turn around time for bench tops was quick and was exactly what I ordered. Cleaned up afterwards which was great and very happy.
