Rockwear

Could not recommend the staff, store or product more. I’m one to normally just head to Kmart and not really invest in my clothes, but after a friend recommended the brand and I saw the amazing reviews, I thought I would give it a go and I am far from disappointed. I walked in unsure about what to buy or what would fit and I was met by Kell’s warm smile and greeting. Kell went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, helped me ensure everything fit perfectly and was very sensitive and encouraging throughout the process. I have worn all of my items since and I am so happy with the quality of the products so far! Will definitely be coming back. Head office, if you see this, please reward the amazing staff at the fountain gate store, they are fantastic!

Chavonne Was absolutely amazing! She took the time for my pre teen daughter to help her with confidence to find clothes that look and feel comfortable as her body is changing. She made it such a wonderful positive experience. For any young ladies whose needs that support definitely highly recommend this all clothing is supportive and comfortable.

This was after an hour of walking into loads of shops before we came to Rockwear. My partner found a comfy dad chair to sit on whilst Chavonne took my daughter under her wing to show her around the store. Thank you again

This girl deserves acknowledgment and I hope she gets it!
Each time Ive been in the store and she’s there I’m greeted with the warmest smile and welcome, she’s never pushy and is so helpful. I always walk out feeling better for having been there.
Something I live by is ‘leave everyone you come across better than you found them’ this is exactly what Chevonne does.
Having said all of this about Chevonne, all the staff are fabulous and helpful there.

Had to exchange Christmas gifts for grandchildren.literally nothing was too much trouble. Chloe was very patient and helped me chose replacements.

Cannot recommend this store enough! I am in there all the time the quality of their clothes is stunning and the colours! Not only are the products extremely worth it but the staff are such beautiful human! Every time I go in I am energetically welcomed immediately and they are always so eager to help which is beautiful, i am often ignored when I go into other places so this is a breathe of fresh air!

I wish I could remember everyone's names but I know that Kal has helped me quite a few times and I honestly believe that the manager Siobhan should be so so proud of her amazing team! The products, prices and customer service is worth every penny in my opinion. This is the only place I get my workout stuff from,

Great store for active wear lots to choose from and the staff are nice friendly and not pushy there helpful with making sure you get the correct size

Cstomer service was friendly and helpful. I am happy with all my purchases. Store is organised and clean. Dressing room is spacious.

Despite loving most things I got in my online order, ive left 2 messages and sent 1 email about faulty zip on pants and have heard nothing back. This review is purely based on lack if customer service.

First time in the store, excellent customer service from Stephanie. She helped me, I felt confident in what I was choosing and how I feel in the leggings. She gave me some good advice on what’s best. I really appreciated.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful here! Love the rockwear range, clothes fit well, are moveable and quality is great. The store is clean and modern.
The prices are fairly up there, but if you wait until a sale, you can get great deals! Fountain gate is around 40 minutes from my house, its the closest rock wear but I 100% would make the trip again. I recommend trying all the clothes on, as different fabrics fit differently. Some are more stretchy than others! Love rockwear!

Staff today were very friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted my girlfriend to find just the right 2 pairs of tights in no time at all. They could however use a second register to speed up the sale during busy times.

The best leggings I have legit ever worn! Not see through, amazing quality & design! I have no idea why I have not ever heard about this brand before! This business will go a long way once people actually go in and give it a shot just like I did today Love it!
