Incredibly helpful and with decent pricing as well; I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for climbing gear. He wasn't even open today but happened to be at the store so offered to meet me there so I could get what I needed (a harness and some shoes for a last minute climbing trip). What incredible service! The man who runs this shop is incredible. His knowledge of gear, his dedication to only sell quality products and Australian made of possible ie one planet gear, he is generous with his discounts (cheaper than all other outlets) and he treats you with respect and interest.
