Great store, friendly staff, always helpful, could not recommend this store highly enough.

Wife was a regular shopper, trying to support local business, until yesterday. Had purchased a gas lighter which failed to light. Returned it yesterday and the man accused her of dropping it, hence would not exchange it. It had never been dropped, and hardly been used. How he determined it had been dropped is beyond belief. No way she will be walking through their door ever again. She will shop at Reject Shop Epsom from now on where the staff are actually friendly.
