Excellent service. Very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Ticks all boxes. I had broken my sliding wardrobe mirror and had to travel from Adonis massage studio docklands to Craigieburn. It was repaired at a reasonable price and in about 40 mins while I waited. I highly recommend this business. Great job guys ️‍?

Drivers drive their van very dangerously. Would not support this kind of people in any way. The less time they spend on our roads the better. Taking my business elsewhere for sure

I ordered 3 lots of double doors 2 glass sliding doors and 1 white sliding door. Price was fair and reasonable. The doors were built earlier than expected and look great. In addition the staff rang me and arranged a convenient date and time for delivery which was spot on. Very happy with the doors and service provided. Thank you Rocbilt. Would highly recommend.

I was harassed and bullied today upon picking up an item. Initially I was refused service due to my disability, then was asked to present my medical report which is illegal.

I had a large mirror installed in my bathroom and wardrobe inserts made for my kids bedrooms. I was really happy with the price and the quality. The items were ready quickly. The guys who installed were polite and the guy who came out to measure (Jamie) was really knowledgeable.

Interesting reviews I was going to call them for a quote, but read the reviews, the owner responds to all positive reviews ignores the negative one, I would have thought you would have addressed the negative review. Thats made me look elsewhere

I would have given zero stars if there was an option,
Highly unprofessional company, couldn''t do a simple job of fly screens, they have to come 5 times to fix. They always came with wrong measurements. Can you imagine they put a sliding door without door handles, i have call them and inform, otherwise i would left with a door without handles.
They take money in advance and leave the job in middle and it becomes our responsibility to follow up.its very clear that they only want money but do not want to provide good service. Alex the owner is highly unprofessional came to my place to pick up the uneven screens, didn't even call back to give feedback, I gave a formal complaint he didn't even bother to follow up with his highly disappointed customer.
I would recommend not to deal with rocbilt for any jobs, they are money mongers, not service oriented.
