Robot My Life

Terrible experience. Their website is very misleading and it is unclear that these robot pool cleaner units are NOT IN STOCK. I have now been waiting for almost a month. I have been promised a loan unit twice which still has not happened, and have now requested a refund twice. As of today I have now requested a refund for a third time - waiting on response.

Recently purchased The D8 Vacuum/Mop & Hobot 2s.which turn out to be amazing time-saving and effective tool for daily cleaning, suitable for families with kids, capable of cleaning various surfaces including wooden floors, decks, tiles, and carpets.

Hobot is very effective in windows cleaning. Amazing robots for family who need extra me time:)

They rarely pick up the phone - it’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve returned the product that had been unused in order to get an exchange or refund and they’ve ignored my emails and calls. I’d like either my money back or a product, and I’ve missed out on heaps of new year deals with competitors because they haven’t refunded me and it’s $949 I’d like back if I’m not getting an exchange.

Promises of ‘Julia will call you back’ and it’s been a week and no call back, and no answer anymore when I call.

After publishing my reviews, the Managing Director called me, apologised, and arranged for a new Hobot Legee D7 to be shipped to us. I really appreciate the gesture and it has gone a long way to restoring my faith in the product and the company. Well done and many thanks!

Not a great experience, cannot recommend.

We bought a Hobot Legee D7 for our small three-bedroom house with all tiles, no stairs. The vacuum cleaner and filter were cleaned daily and well maintained.

The vacuum cleaner performed very well during the first six months after the purchase from Robot My Life, and we were so impressed. Unfortunately, it then started to behave increasingly erratic, and we suspected it had to do with the Lidar.

Long story short, after two months of the worst customer service we have ever experienced, we cannot recommend the Hobot Legee D7 or Robot My Life.

Great product and excellent after sales support. Would highly recommend these the mower has done a brilliant job!

Not a great experience, cannot recommend.
We bought a Hobot Legee D7 for our small three-bedroom house with all tiles, no stairs. The vacuum cleaner and filter were cleaned daily and well maintained.

Our Legee D7 is the best purchase we could have done. Amazing mop and vacuum robot. Does it’s job well and easy to program via the app. Definitely recommend for those that have mixed floor in their house.

I love the T10. It’s the best present I’ve bought myself. My floor never got done enough as it took 2 hrs every time I vacuum and mopped. Since getting the T10, my floors are always clean. Having a clean floor makes the rest of the house look fantastic and makes me feel good when I walk in the door.

I’m very please with job the T10 does. We vacuum wood floors and carpeted floors it manages to get in and around all corners and furniture.
We also mop the wood floors using mainly the scrubbing Y action. So far this has worked very well also.
The price is very competitive and the delivery was quick.
It draws a map of the house on the phone app. I found I needed two maps to cover the whole house as I couldn’t get it to produce one map in one charge. The map allows you to pick one room or several rooms at a time to vacuum.
The robot finds its own way back to the charging station for recharging and to empty the dust into the dust bin. I have found that sometimes it gets lost on the way back. I have solved this by rebooting my phone. This seems to fix it for next time it’s out.
When vacuuming carpet I can only do one room at a time otherwise the chute blocks in the dust collector.
Once I sorted out all of these minor things I have found the Robot very good and I would recommend it.

Ordered the T10 and delivery was very fast. The robovac works amazingly on hard surfaces however it does struggle on plush carpet. I’ve had to set it not to go into those rooms. Overall very happy, it’s saved me a lot of time and the ability to start it and track progress from the app is great.

I love my two Moebots. I have a 3/4 acre residential block with fast growing Kykuyu grass. I have not used the ride-on mower once in the 7 months since I purchased my first Moebot. I have two charging stations and guide wire loops of about 200m circumference each.

I love the way my lawn always looks neatly mowed with no clippings. I love not having to mow every weekend as we move into spring.

Two Moebots cost less than a ride on mower and they do the job with no noise, no petrol, no engine servicing, no danger, and no clippings to collect. It is like having a paid Gardner coming every day at no cost to me.

I run my Moebots 7 days per week 12 hrs per day and they just keep doing their thing.

Set this up in the backyard. Cuts every second day in peak mowing times, lawn has never looked better

I ordered Hobot Legee D7 last month and it is very easy to setup within a minute. I use the app to set the area and type of clean I want. You can easily edit the map while the robot is cleaning. Battery life is excellent as well. They gave me the wrong cleaning liquid and they gave me a free replacement. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my purchase. This mop copies with the uneven surface in my home incredibly well and leaves my floors shining.

We have recently purchased our life saver and we are impressed. We didn't expect it to clean and mop like it does. I love the fact that it cleans all the crumbs away from the skirting boards in the kitchen and it can fit under our couches and coffee tables. We have a combination of tiles, hybrid vinyl flooring and rugs and it doesn’t miss a beat going from one to the other. The zoning works well, I can send the Legee D7 to certain areas after the grand kids have been and wow I am amazed at how much crumbs and sand it picks up that the eye couldn’t see. I tend to place it in the bedrooms and shut the door and set it on it’s way and it does an amazing job of vacuuming the carpet, even gets under the bed and vacuums the hard to get places. Highly recommend this product

Love it! Couldn’t live without out. Use it multiple times a week. Love having clean floors all the time!

We purchased a Legee D7 a few months ago and couldn't be happier, this robot vacuum mop does a fantastic job of keeping our floors clean and dust free. It goes about it's business without any fuss or need of our attention, the amount of dust and small pieces of dirt it collects is amazing. It will happily run for well over an hour on a full charge which is quite amazing and when it's done it heads off to the charging station to recharge itself. We would highly recommend buying this little gem if you like clean, fresh and dust free floors.

A few weeks ago I finally bought my first robot vacuum from Robot My Life, a huge expense I was very unsure of. But with a bad back, cleaning my floors was always the last thing on my mind and with 2 dogs 3 cats who can come and go as they please, my floorboards were loosing their shine.

I absolutely LOVE my Legee D7 ️
I run it every day when I get home from work and it just does its business. My pets are not worried, not even my 15 year old blind dog who occasionally walks into 'Legee'.

I love that the Legee does dry and wet, easily manoeuvres the doormat and it has my floors look like new again!

Occasionally -rarely- it gets stuck, it let's me know by calling out 'Legee is stuck' and I just need to move whatever is in the way.
When finished, the Legee returns to its tiny base and charges up for next time.

Cleaning is easy, just rinse the pad, dust bin, filter, etc under warm water, it's that easy!

The app was a bit too hard for me, but I'll get there:)

I have two Moebot lawnmowers (front and back lawns) and have not used the petrol mower since I got them 6months ago. The grass has never been better groomed either. I recently got a Hobot 2S for the windows and was impressed with it too. Our big patio windows have never been cleaner although I did have to hand wipe the worst of the dried up dog snuffles to finish off. Good products and good service.
