I deal with a lot of companies in the construction industry and this would have to be one of the worst companies that I have dealt with in a long time. My orders took way too long and it was only once I rang them and email them to say I would like to cancel my order that’s when I got some action but then it a.m. Took two weeks for them to deliver my item to my site Will never be using this company again as they do not ring their customers or even email the customers telling them that there will be a delay on the product

We chatted thru a web-site with Robot's representative trying to understand our options with posts for our retaining wall. Robot rep advised us that she was not able to answer our questions and asked us to leave our details so that a specialist will get in touch. A week passed, we stopped waiting and went elsewhere with our purchase.
Robot people are unaware of what proper customer service means.

Very tidy warehouse, staff in the front office are decent to deal with but be warned the yard guy clearly does not want to be at work. Everything is a hassle. If you don't have the time for people like Dave get whatever it is your after delivered so you don't have to deal with him.

The customer service here is terrible and extremely rude. After buying from these people for years I will no longer be buying steel from these people again.

Purchased what I needed online and was delivered the next day. Very happy with the service and the guy who dropped it off to my house was friendly.

Went down and saw the guys at robot in were email mailing back and forth first went in got a quote for the deck and explained all the trouble I had with stratco doveton they were more than willing to help quote stuff delivered on time great service thanks guys

Have purchased dog/dingo mesh as it was needed to keep a dog in that keep getting out as I told them this when i was making order. Yet dog has broken mesh first day it was put up. Now they are refusing to fix the problem worst building supplier ever that I have come across wouldn't recommend to anyone.
