Definitely recommend coming here to get your shooters permit. Russell and Shannon are super helpful and friendly. The test was easy to understand as he showed us what we were getting tested on and examples of the questions.

Russel and Shannon at Robinsons were extremely helpful throughout the process of obtaining mine and my son's gun licence. Both were very friendly and delivered great customer service with nothing at all being an issue for them. They are both very knowledgeable in their field which truly showed. When it comes to all things Scuba diving, Robbo is your man. He’s an expert, has all the gear, brilliant customer service, will set you up. If you’re looking to get into diving - courses or equipment - go and see Russell.

Sold me a rifle described 'as new, suit new buyer' as described on internet website, then via phone. It was $3,200 plus $100 freight.
Rifle arrived at my nominated firearms dealer, in less than new condition, with numerous bruises and dings in the stock and corrosion on the bolt face. However, it appeared that the bore had been cleaned and no obvious defects with the naked eye.
More fool me, took the rifle home, thinking it would clean up ok. Spent about 6 hours fixing the stock and cleaning up the rifle, removing corrosion etc.
Gave barrel a good clean, but discovered that it was BADLY fouled.
After an hour or so cleaning the barrel, the severe pitting became obvious. I mean, the barrel was terrible.
After disclosing the issues to Russell Robinson (the owner and person who I had been dealing with), he told me to send it back for a refund.
I sent it back the next day, with Robinson's receiving it on a Friday, signed for by Russell Robinson. He then re-advertised it immediately, using the same ad and description.
He then took till the following Tuesday week in order to refund me the money (11 day's after receiving it back).
I was out of pocket $200 in freight, a $30 permit to acquire, my firearms dealer fees, not to mention about 7 hours of labor that I will never get back.
I am out of pocket around $270, he is out of pocket nothing. He is now trying to offload this expensive problem rifle onto some other unknowing purchaser.
