Great thanks to my agency Huzefa Soni. Very professional and efficient.

I was initially contacted by Charlotte Jones to discuss my professional background and role expectations.
She set up a follow up interview with her and Jake Martin who supposedly was in change or permanent role allocations.
The meeting was generic questions with no pd in place, as I started realising there was no job opportunity in scope.
Jake later took the mic but turned off his camera and started asking questions about my current company to get new leads for future sales.
It was overall one of the most dreadful interviewing experiences I ever had and I would never recommend Robert half to anyone who takes work ethics seriously.

During 2021 we spent 9 months to find one person. For every hiring process, 3 people in our organisation need to be involved, so this represents a huge amount of valuable time.

From previous consultancy experience over 10 years ago, RobertHalf stood out from other agencies with their professionalism, so I turned to them to help us with finding IT resources.

Over the Christmas to Australia Day period we needed to find 2 more people and the pressure was really on.

In hindsight, without Sam's ability to remove the tire kickers and people looking to accept a position to improve their current salary, most of 2022 could have been a write off for us. Within 4 interviews we were able to identify 2 very good candidates, who are now settled and doing well.

Luke and his team have been the best recruiters I’ve come across. They care about you, are very responsive, provide great advice and also go above and beyond to check on you from time to time. I’ve been through experiences with about 6 agencies in the past two years (some big ones that are just awful) and they have been the best at sourcing a contract for me even though I have eventually landed permanent roles in my own accord and subsequently never actually gone ahead with their recruitment.
