I had 4 of my cushion from our outdoor setting blow off the balcony and are now lost. I went into store to purchase replacements. Was rudely told they don’t sell the cushions on their own and that he cant order any or have any made. Even though the show room furniture all have these exact same cushions.
I wouldn’t of paid over 3k for an outdoor setting if i knew they couldn’t provide replacement cushions. Now i have a huge corner setting missing half its cushions:)
