We had a fish fillet rice noodle with stock soup base and a beef brisket rice noodle with sour and spicy soup base. The price was slightly high for a bowl of noodle soup in my opinion. Noodles were generous potion but the fish and beef brisket was only a few pieces. Both soup base were packed with flavour and well paired with the noodles, I think the soup base was the star of the dish. Service was kind and friendly. Decor is just average Chinese restaurant. They do have live fish for their signature dish “Roast fish”. I haven’t had roast fish at this restaurant but I know this dish is really nice when made with live fish. Would recommend to try.

The food is tasty but the portion sizes are small for their price. We ordered a shredded pork and eggplant in ginger sauce among other items. It was the cheapest at $20.80 but there was NO PORK! When we asked the staff, they couldn’t understand what we were asking. Then the chef came out and confirmed there was no pork. When asked why, he said it was because some customers don’t like pork! They still charged us $20.80.

Yesterday I went to try the Xiang Guo. The price of the Xiang Guo was over 60, and there were very few side dishes. Except for a few shrimps and a small amount of squid, most of them were onions, celery and fried potato cubes. It was not worth the price at all.

The waiter's face is like eating but not eating, which makes you lose your appetite instantly. If you go there again, you will be like a dog

The taste of the grilled fish is not bad. The taste of other dishes is not bad, but the quantity is too small and expensive. 7 people ordered 8 dishes ($480 for 4 meat and 4 vegetables). The hygienic environment is also very poor. The tiles on the floor are sticky to shoes. The baby tableware must have not been washed, and there is a lot of musty smell inside. Ask the waiter to wash it again. It was brought to the kitchen. When it was brought back, there were still drops of water, but There is no shortage of mildew growing inside. There is no parking space in front of the store. I have to look around for a parking space after eating. I regret going to this time, and I won’t go there a second time.

I called over phone to order a spicy chicken, and the single dish price is $6 expensive than the price I saw online without any promotions.
When I ask the stuff, they couldn’t explain clearly and one stuff keep interrupt another stuff’s explanation which I feel online price is fishing.
Understand the inflation, but this is not acceptable.

Had the worst experience of caulfield restaurants at this place. Went here and order a set of noodles, waited more than 30mins. When the waiter delivery food to the table next to me, I asked the waiter when will my food be ready. He checked and said he made a mistake didn’t take my order. Well, can’t u see I am waiting, why can’t u come up and check with me? Inexperienced staff and service

First time try this restaurant, haven't tried their famous grilled fish. But if this is what the 15.8 dollars Szechwan double cooked pork on rice四川回锅肉盖饭 supposed to be. Then I have nothing to say, just the picture is enough.

I'm laughing my head off they replied with "the pork is 180 grams", it looks way so different, not even 80 grams. LOL. I assume it would not even 180 before been cooked.

Amazing food, big variety of dishes, and very friendly staffs. A bit on the costly side, but who isn't expensive these days. Love the food and the service and would come again.

I live close but I didn’t know this restaurant until few weeks ago. I read review I see a lot peoples complain about price but food taste good and I think reasonable price. I like the fish dish, vegetables and beef here

Ordered rice noodle soup with tomato and fish fillet, I would recommend this place, amazing place ever!

I ordered a stir fried broccoli to take away and it costed me $18.8. What I received was only half of a container. I bet it’s not even a quarter of a broccoli. Will never ever go back again.

The mantou is PERFECT and so delicious! I also enjoyed the laoganma fried rice and sweet & sour pork.

Wanted to pass on feedback about the quantity given to the manament, but unfortunately they did not show any interest in listening to me.

Ordered delivery and the food was delicious! Big portions, fresh ingredients and good value for money. Loved it, I'll be a return customer for sure!

The roast fish was great, we chose a fresh fish, but the side dishes are very simple, not many special choice, but quite much. We had the hot & spicy base, it's not very spicy, but very numb our touge.

It was nice to eat here. The food is delicious and spicy. And the lamb flavor is smelling so good.

The menu options are definitely more suited to groups.
The food was very tasty and a lot to choose from on the menu.
Unfortunately there wasn't a lot for a vegan.
