I first went to Road Rocket approx 9 years ago. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. As well as stocking the usual broad range of products for Jap bikes, I was extremely pleased to see they also stocked an extensive range of go-fast parts for MV Agusta's. Obviously, out came my wallet and I handed over some dollars for my MV parts and I was a happy knee dragger. It was very reassuring to know that the gentleman behind the counter actually knew a lot about what he was talking about and not just being a no-brained front counter attendant. I am more than happy to spend my money at Road Rocket. They certainly are a sportsbike riders dream come true.

Tried to call about 15 times today in the hope of buying ~$800 rearsets but no answer. Ah well, your loss.

Also, it's taken me about 6 years to try your business again after being treated like a complete idiot the first time I came in wanting to buy Dzus fasteners. FYI - I've gone on to spend roughly $40k in performance parts on my bikes since.
