I walked in here to basically get the correct sizing for a shirt before I went back to my desk and ordered it online for here. I know I know.
However when I went in I was greeted with amazing customer service which was attentive, helpful and informative. I ended up paying the full retail price.they earned the extra $$. Simple as that

Met with the owner today for new workboots, got me exactly what I was after with old school top service. Very impressed, happy customer. Thanks

I called up and put a pair of shoes on hold and the lady told me they would be there until the end of the day. I drove half an hour to get to the store only to find they had not put them on hold and there were none in stock…. Really frustrating considering I didn’t live close by at all. She ended up getting a pair shipped to me from the warehouse but I could have just ordered it online myself.

Great service at this store - I have been in twice recently to try on/buy some Birkenstocks and both the lady who served me followed by Gary the second time were very helpful and friendly. Thanks!

I wish I got the man’s name who assisted me today so I could properly thank him. I had travelled from the cbd to Morrabbin after being told by the shoe house they had size 12s; I was lied to and honestly freaking out because I needed work shoes and it’s hard enough finding my size. The man who assisted me today at Roadhouse was so helpful, patient, compassionate and sympathetic and actually managed to find me a pair of shoes that were both in my size and I loved! Thank you for your kindness and compassion!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I was served by Claire. The quality of service put a lot of other retail stores to shame.

Massively over prised, saw the same shoe $70 cheaper elsewhere, they don't offer cash returns on change of mind.keep looking for a better price.

It was my first time shopping in Roadhouse Moorabbin DFO and I am so happy. Especially we have been served by Xavier and he was absolutely professional and well mannered. I recommend everyone when you shop at Roadhouse @DFO Moorabbin do ask for Xavier and you will be very happy.

Been going here for years, always have top quality, fashionable shoes on hand in sizes that suit me. Easy access inside the Morrabbin Direct Factory Outlet. Plenty of car parking on the Grange Road side where the store is located.
Same two main staff, owners, in all those years also, they have great product knowledge. Store interior is comfortable and well spaced out.

I bought a pair of steel capped work shoes here 3 months ago, and they just didn’t suit my feet. Took them back to the store today and I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine concern shown by management and they replaced them with another brand of shoe that we both thought would be better for my feet, and the work I was doing.
This is the sort of reaction shown by people who care, and I would recommend them for anyone looking for good quality shoes and customer care.

This is a store with very bad products. Not only are their items 20% higher than the normal market price, but the quality is also very poor. The shoes I bought for $249 were opened after only 2 months of wearing them. They actually said that I stepped on the rubber. Yes, I am suspecting that they are selling fakes. Please friends stay away from such businessmen!

2 guys working there during Melbourne lockdown, their service was outstanding, especially considering the circumstances. Perhaps this is the reason they are one of the few stores able to remain open.

I am not happy at all the staff who assisted me is not approachable and no refund or exchange allowed for change of minds.

Over priced by $40- 49, didn’t want to match the price of same work boot from Total Tools and BAD.

Wow Wow Wow i have been in the retail business with up to 120 stores and i am all about service and want to take my hat off to you guys Rowan & Xavier for providing the service that you have including delivery of my purchase to my home by the owner him self than the shoes were the wrong size and with out question Rowan the owner re delivered the correct shoe and what is more is the absolute honesty Rowan came out again for the 3rd time all the way from Moorabbin to Campbellfield to bring me money for accidentally over charging and i refused to take money if only many other business could take a leaf out of there booked they would still be in business even in these times of COVID -19 thats why these guys are still in business and the secrete is SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE

Rowan and the team there are dedicated to their job. Their customer service and knowledge about the products they sell are second to none. I am extremely happy with my purchases.

Dr. Martens are way overpriced at this store, bought a pair from these guys only to walk past a shop 3 doors down with them $40 cheaper, when asked if I could get $40 off because I had just bought these literally 2 seconds ago, they said we can only do $10. Felt very pressured into buying, it was as if they knew they were overpriced and knew they weren't obligated to refund any money in this particular situation. Any store with some goodwill and reputation wouldv'e refunded me my $40 and kept a returning customer. Will never ever buy from these guys again.
