Many thanks to Laurice, Darren and co.at Roach. Laurice answered all my many questions pre-demo and kept us in the loop up to and during the process. During our house demo the block was always left clean and tidy. I had concerns that several large-stumped plants located right next to our fenceline were going to cause some damage to the fence during removal but Roach removed them so precisely it was as if they had never been there in the first place. The block was left clean and tidy when complete, the whole process was very smooth and I'd not hesitate to recommend them for your demolition job. Very pleased with the outcome.

We recently engaged Roach Demolition to remove a run-down house, bungalow and clear the block in preparation for a new build. The whole team were great to deal with. They communicated clearly, were prompt and kept a clean and tidy site at all times. We would not hesitate to use them for our future demolition needs.

We're first time builders with no experience at all and we were very lucky to have found Roach. They were extremely helpful in every aspect from multiple quotes at the beginning, last minute changes we had to make, altering their schedule to fit in with our build time, nothing was too much to ask. Met us on site to work out how they could assist further with levelling and site works with out charging any extra. Definitely recommend them, can't imagine you'd find better quality and customer service!

Roach Demolition were engaged for the demolition of a sporting pavilion for Maroondah City Council, they were able to do the works with little warning and within very tight time frames, communication was excellent. Demolition was carried out without any issues whatsoever and the site was left extremely clean and neat afterwards.

We had our family home of 16 years demolished by Roach Demolitions, which took a long time to prepare due to Council permit requirements. Despite the Permit process taking 18 months, Roach Demolition kept their initial quote the same throughout. On the day the team were professional and courteous at all times. They observed and followed all conditions set by the Council, along with being very careful with all Neighboring assets.
We were also very impressed by the level of recycling that was performed by the team, seeking to recycle as many materials as possible, preventing items being sent to landfill.
We are thrilled with the result and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you.

Roach were professional and organised with getting approvals and documentation required for the demo. The actual demo conducted by Darren went smoothly and I found him to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Very happy with Roach Demolition. Meet Darren next day after calling him, decided to go with him on the day. He took time and real effort to give us an accurate quote. We have a cement sheet cladded house with asbestos, we really want to make sure there is no surprise. They made it! Back office is very organised and gave me a clear picture of the whole process. It is really easy to deal with the whole team. If you want quick response and nice people to do your job at the time you wanted, I highly recommend them!
