Nice accomodation in melbourne

Sadly, would be nice if they served bottled water or at least tap water

The water kettle is rusty inside so i was hesitant to use it

But the facility were nice and clean

We had booked two 2 bedroom apartments as there was 7 of us, when arrived there was only one 2 room apartment, so after showing them our booking on line we finally got another room, all the rooms were dirty, no floors were vaccumed, the rooms had some odour, some utensils were not clean, a face washer was molded to the top of the shower, had been there for quite some time, a dirty sock was found in the draw beside the bed, mould in the shower and to top it of the was a syringe found on the floor in one of the rooms in the cupboard, would not recommend to anyone

For serviced apartments there was no servicing lol! Lovely staff but average rooms. Our key stopped working randomly on the Sunday too and there was no reception around to help.

Room and location was great.
Service was horrible, extremely rude
We were waiting for money to come in and they are acting like money comes in a snap of a finger.
They were saying “if I miss this footy game” and laughed “Come on guys! ” Like they r our teacher and got somewhere to be, u at a desk doing nothing, we the ones need to go somewhere and we made an agreement before hand and they charged more which made us mad.
Extremely disregarding us and worried for themselves. Not giving any alternative ways or anything.
Indian receptionist didn’t talk about the security bond so had to pay for that later with the other rude blonde old receptionist who was worried about herself.

Bring your own towel they didn't have fresh ones the next day, when I requested them it took 6hrs for them to be delivered to the room

Our room was so dirty when we arrived we asked to change to another room. The new room was better, but still not perfect. The place was ok for 2 nights but you can do better for the price. It is a pity that the housekeeping lets this place down. The off street free parking was a positive of our stay

The location was great for us and handy to excellent eating places, however the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Although we could not get into our room at check in because it was not cleaned yet…. It was clear that NEITHER of the apartments we booked had recently been cleaned. Dirty toilet, clear spatter marks from something on the walls in the bedroom. Dirty glasses from a previous tenant, food scraps.
Not good at all.

Best place to stay near the CBD. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Looking forward to staying next time we are in Melbourne

Absolutely terrible, will not come back. Terrible service and staff. Never had so much trouble on a trip before. Do not stay here if you want to keep your money!

If you are after an apartment with parking, look elsewhere. Booked 2 nights at this apartment, booking website said free parking included. Also made request to the apartment for parking space. Drove 3 hours to Melbourne and found that only a few parking spaces made available for visitors in the secured car park. Ended up parked on the street a block away. Recommend RNR to state clearly that only very limited parking space available, otherwise it seems like a fraud to me. Will not recommend to anyone because of this bad experience.

The room smells bad; hard to remove the smell. The floor is dirty. You can tell it wasn't cleaned. The kettle and toaster were dirty; didn't bother to use them.
The name is Serviced Apartment, but we didn't get any service for only staying for 2 days.
Staffs were ok. We didn't deal with them much because there is no free after hours service. One has to pay $50 to ask questions to staffs duriny after hours.
Lastly, the room next door was noisy at night until 3am.
Not coming back.

The apartment was large, well equipped and very clean. The staff were helpful and having car parking included in the cost is fantastic

Great place to stay in Melb near the Queen Victoria Markets. The room with a balcony was excellent but cleaning was below par. Free parking so close to the city was outstanding!

Floor boards would be cleaner in the room not dirty dusty carpet, also the room is not cleaned properly!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, apartment was very clean, modern and tidy. Location was nice and quiet. City wasn't too far away - just jump on the 57 tram which is one block away. Twin bed mattresses were extremely firm, but asked for some mattress toppers from reception and got a much better night's sleep.

This is by far the dirtiest apartment that I have ever stayed in, the carpet to the room looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while and the window was full of dust, the pot hadn't been cleaned properly, shower head had stuff that looked like hair. The smell of the room was so foul I found it hard to sleep the first night. As a hotel you can get away with having substandard facilities but dirtiness is not excusable for any hotel because it can cause diseases.

Fantastic apartments. We stayed for a hospital visit to Peter McCullum Cancer Clinic. I couldnt praise the apartment itself or staff any higher. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfy beds, clean, just amazing:) The staff were super friendly, helpful, kind, understanding. This was our second stay here and i will return again. Made a stressful trip to melb, much more relaxed. 5 star all the way.

Very friendly reception people. Very close to Peter Mac and Royal Melbourne Hospital. Reccomend highly.we will return.

Room was clean and tidy and staff were quite helpful and overall stay was good and surely will visit again!

I love the RNR apartments. Not far from the city or the hospital. I'll always choose to go there. I miss Melbourne but sadly bc of the covid, I feel sorry for those who want to have holidays there in Melbourne.
