R.M.Williams Southland

Jeffery Con or Kon, employee or RM Williams Southland store was very rude when i rang up store today. Without going through proper details, they wanted me to travel 2 hours to go pick up shoes which I gave 3 months ago to repair at Chadstone store. Their management mistake took them to south land. I called and asked nicely to be sent to another store and Jeffery was very rude, disrespectful the way he delivered the message. A beautiful brand being wasted by untrained employees!

I had to visit this store as I was trying to get clothing I was after. Staff were helpful when asked what stock was available. Couldn't understand why 3 stores have different stock available.

The product was and has always been magnificent, however the service was disappointing from the lady staff member who was more interested in giving me a lecture on not wanting to become a member then concentrating on customer service.

Service has dropped off recently.

Previously the store would polish & condition your boots, now they will only sell you more products to DIY.

Disappointed that I can't reliably walk in and pick up only Australian made goods. Came home with pants from Pakistan.not happy.

I would highly recommend Southland RM Williams. We were attended to by Nathaniel he was excellent, the best service and style recommendations I have ever had at an RW Williams store.

The staff here are next level! They are genuine and take the time to give you the absolute best advice possible! Incredible.

Brought my shoes in for a repair on 4th May - should take apparently 4 weeks as per receipt which is already quite a long time. But now its over 10 weeks and still not back - Very dissapointed with the service or the lack thereof - especially when you pay that sort of money for them in the first place. Not happy!

We went into RM Williams today and we could not have asked for better service and advice for the boots my partner was wanting to buy. So very helpful and they know their products so well.

I bought a pair of boots from R. M. Williams Southland a few weeks ago. I could not be happier with the service from Jane. She went above and beyond. This is my third pair and I will be back again for sure. Also glad to hear the company is back in Australian hands.

I can’t praise the staff at this store highly enough. Jordan was so confident, well mannered and knew his product so well that we bought a second pair of boots. In this day and age of retail it was a true pleasure shopping there where we were not pressured into buying. I would suggest that anyone in the market for a pair of RN Williams boots to go no further than this store in Southland.

I attended this store at Southland a few weeks ago and Montana help me with some boots I wanted to try on. She really knows her stuff back to front and inside out! Without the shadow of a doubt, she is passionate about the brand. That is easy to understand given the quality and the fact that it is and hopefully remain a true Australian treasure. Served by Jordan when I visited. Exceptional service and knowledge shown by him, the level of customer service that you used to get a long time ago. If you're after anything RM related, this is the place to go.

Janice and Jordan are 5 stars. I went in recently to try some boots.well i haven't experienced such beautiful service like this since the 80's! These staff members went above and beyond, were genuinely happy to explain and help with sizing and styles. I had both their attention in a day and age when its rare to even get acknowledged by other stores staff. I didn't even purchase anything, yet they treated me like i spent a million $, this shows these sales members are the right people the retail industry lacks sadly.
