Purchased boots few months back however after wearing them for extended periods of time found out they weren't to comfortable. Went back in for assistance and they checked my foot size and exchanged my boots for ones better suited for me!

Bought a pair of shoes and pair of chinos and shirts, but the staff there are lovely. I had Simren help me and she was wonderful, great product knowledge and amazing customer service. Would only buy from that store after the service I’ve received from Doncaster

I arranged for my son and his 4 groomsmen to meet me at RM Williams at Doncaster to buy their wedding outfits.

I can't praise Jason the Store Manager enough for the service he provided. There were 5 blokes who each needed to be fitted for boots, shirts and pants. Jason's attention to detail, desire to get the best outcome for us and overall patience was amazing. We would have taken up at least 2 hours of his time and no time did he try to hurry us up.

The effort he went to to source sizes and styles from other stores and have them delivered to my home was much appreciated and very rare these days.

Thank you Jason for looking after us and genuinely helping to get the best outcome for this very special occasion.

Worst customer service from the manager of the store. I went in to purchase a picnic rug and was shown a new piece that had just arrived only to be told that I cannot purchase it until Monday! They had the rug in front of me on the counter and refused to sell it to me! I’ve never heard of a retail store rejecting a $358 sale! To top it of the manager was condescending and rude.

Some fantastic customer service Sim & Jayde know their stuff and are fun and easy to get along with! Definitely gonna be my reg RW's store.

Terrible service at Doncaster store. I’m. Did not have sizes to try and did not offer to get any in. Told me to go to another store. Very rude non engaging staff member. Just what you want when you’re looking to spend nearly $700 on a pair of shoes. She was horrible.

I went to the store on Sunday and ask the staff whether the boots come with warranty as my 8months old boots’s heel is separating from the sole. The staff said to me there is no warranty straight away without giving me an option of saying repair them. However I went to the store Chadstone and the service was extremely different, they replace my pair to new ones. Just different customer experience from different stores

Very bad shopping experience. Spent 10 mins trying the size but waited for one hour just to pay for the boots. Manager can’t handle busy environments, blaming and bullying staff in front of customers, spreading negativity. One staff asked the manager if he could help on something, manager replied, “people just have to wait”. Not professional at all.

I’ve been into the Doncaster store twice now and the staff treated the customer before me extremely rudely, when I asked what happened they explained to me they could have helped them but didn’t want too.why tell another customer this. When finding out my shoe size wasn’t in stock I had to ask if they could check another store and if they could call, the staff told me chadstone store is not open on a Friday night at 8: 30 (they close at 9 I’ve since found out) the staff didn’t even check. I’ve had to call back to check if they have another size in shock and before I could finish my sentence I was being told “ no we don’t have them” I’m 100% sure they did not even check. I have no idea what person is hiring for the Doncaster store but it’s a joke! Get some competent employees, especially when handling quiet expensive Items.

Average customer service. Went in the store with 2 workers, one was serving someone the other on the computer. Waited for 2 minutes with not even an acknowledgement. I understand if you are busy but how hard it is to say “hi would you mind waiting? ”

Alex, I hope you are being compensated appropriately! I was wary after reading reviews of insouciant or condescending staff. Granted, we waited half an hour for service.but only because staff were duly attending other customers. And at this price point, one expects concerted attention. Despite the store not stocking my required size and fitting, Alex was patient, courteous and so helpful in suggestions. Even suggested that I may play around with clothing options in the spacious change rooms and assured me that online purchases, unseen, may be easily exchanged or refunded. For this reason, I have bypassed the 'cheaper' online options and purchased three pairs of boots at a total of around $1700 including care products. My faith in this Aussie icon has been more than restored. I just wish I could link this purchase to this brand custodian, because honestly, it was her exceptional service that made me go ahead and purchase online. That personal aspect still contributes a world of value.:)
