A great overall experience!
First time customer to the brand, and was apprehensive given reviews of poor customer service, but came away with a great pair of boots and experience.

The person that assisted me was a bit standoffish at first, but quickly became much more friendly as we talked. They explained a lot about the brand, the boots, and was more than happy to help me try on lots of different styles and sizes.

We ended up having a great laugh with all of the staff that were there when I changed my mind on the style last minute. Would certainly return to this store!

Went in over the weekend to get a belt. First time customer to the brand. Quickly assisted by a knowledgeable young man who advised me what size I should be looking for and which designs they had. Managed to find one I liked. Great customer service. Will be returning to the store and brand.

Good boots: horrible customer service.

First time I went I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lady was extremely rude and condescending and did a 180 flip when she found out my profession. I forced myself to buy a pair as they are a quality boot.

Went in today (1 year later) for a second boot and was met by the same lady, and the same experience. I’m not sure is she is just lazy or finds every customer to be an inconvenience, but my wife and I couldn’t stomach her and had to leave without buying anything.

Went in to get a pair of boots sized up. The staff were absolutely excellent and couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful! Could not rate the staff and store any higher!

The very helpful staff of the Westfield R. M William's shop in Geelong were great. I came in to get my shoe size measured for my next set of boots and they were able to help me with all my enquiries in an efficient, personable and professional manner. I was quickly measured to my correct size and recommended a style that would suit my needs. I would highly recommend.

Been buying gear at RMWG just under 10 years and is still great service and team Saturday, the whole team hunted me down the last pair of Moleskins in my size in Gladstone Q.and I had it by Wed.at my home in Centr. Vict. Friendly, knowledgeable crew who work with you and just as happy if you just wanted to browse the gear.

The boots I went into buy are amazing however one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Store wasn't very busy but waited ages to be seen then made to feel like an inconvenience. Expected more when spending over $600. Next time will order online.

I had an extremely substandard experience here today. I was eager to buy shoes however after waiting for quite a long time, was still not attended to. I am very disappointed at the level of service offered here and will not be returning here. Despite, its amazing products I won't be recommending this store to my friends and family due to the appalling customer service.

My grand daughter and I shopped for boots in the Geelong store and were served by Jed and Karen on the 17/08/2019, after his patience with her trying on many styles Jed ordered the boots on Saturday and they were in store on Tuesday. We both were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both Jed and Karen and my grand daughter loves her boots, also thanks to Kay who finalised the sale.

Boots are amazing. Just got to hope you're not assisted by the manager. She won't step you through the variety and may be rude.

The team at this store are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they really know their stuff!

Disappointed in variety of stock available. Staff unpacking boxes were more attentive to boxes than customers. Standard gone down since last visit.

You would think when spending in excess of $300 you would get a little more service and assistance. Come on Geelong your letting the side down
