Have been to a few RM Williams stores in Melb to buy boots but have found the staff here the nicest. Very happy.

Terrible service, didn't know any prices and was guessing!
The display item was very scuffed and didn't have any others then when I chose a different one I couldn't pay as her phone wasn't accepting my card I walked out unacceptable how can you purchase anything RM Williams you need to get your act together

Great customer service from Max BUT poor customer service from the other staff, an old lady wasn’t quite friendly as I expected. She made me feel uncomfortable. She was basically staring at me sort of from head to toe since I walked in til I left. Melbourne central and DFO south wharf are better options. Or ask specifically a service from Max to avoid this type of unpleasant service.

I got a beautiful pair of Adelaide from this shop. It was so pretty and fit on my feet perfectly! “Frank” was amazingly helpful and nice! He informed us how to care this boots also. Def want to buy another pair next time)

My 20 year old pair of RM Williams boots needed to be re-soled. When I went to collect them, they had been re-soled and re-lasted a size smaller and were unwearable. The staff were very apologetic and after a short investigation, realising that they couldn't be re-lasted up a size, replaced them with a brand new pair of boots. Fantastic service and special thanks to Frank for turning what was a difficult situation into a great experience.

Store felt hectic and disorganized. Was badly mis-sized (US 13 was put into a 10.5) and I was assured the tight fit was normal and would relax. But the end of the day the toes on one foot were blistered and bleeding, ankle and Achilles pain on both. Staff was friendly but I wouldn’t recommend getting sized here.

It’s rare to have amazing customer service experiences nowadays, but Denmark at RM Williams Collins St went above and beyond to ensure I was thrilled with the outcome of a query I came into store with.
A great brand with quality products and great customer service!

I finally bought a pair of RM's for about $665.8 months later I had worn a hole in the leather sole. Took them back to RM's and the lady was kind and helpful. Sent them back to Adelaide for me. Watch this space and see how this story plays out!

Went to this store on my lunch break and tried 2 pairs on. Both were super comfortable. Picked my fav of the 2 and told them to hold the shoes and I would come back and pay after I finished work. They said no problems and took them out the back. Came back 4 hours later and they had sold both pairs I tried on and didn't have any others in stock.

I popped in to grab a new pair of boots whist in Melbourne recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful trying to get the right shoe and the right fit/size for me. Unfortunately they couldn’t fit me for the show I wanted but we’re able to locate a pair at another store which I was able to go and collect. Overall, a very please try and easy experience with R M Williams.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This store is the most professional outfit going around, sales girl went out of her way to sort the right boot etc! Highly recommend, best brand ever! You get what you pay for unlike cheap imitations ️

Good boots. However, the staff are extremely rude. Maybe because they make less than $50K per year.

I asked for some boots which were not available in my size, and was invited to come back the next day by which time the boots in my size were going to be fetched from another store. I left my phone number. I called a few days later as I had not heard. Noone answered the phone. I then called more than a week later to be told that I would have needed to pay for the boots before they could be transported from one store to the next. Not only did the staff not inform me of this condition, but no-one did me the courtesy to call me back to explain. I could have gone to the other store to try them on rather than waiting. Not good customer service for a company which prides itself on quality, and staff seemingly not hungry enough to make a sale!

I love my RM's - just recently visited the Collins St store to pick up a new pair in brown - service was amazing and the hardest thing was choosing which colour brown to pick!
Unfortunately they did not have my size in store or in the wharehouse - however the team suggested looking at their online store are they have different stock their and I was able to purchase the same boot I tried on immediately online and it arrived within 2 days. Perfect.

Very disappointing to walk into a store of this caliber and receive no acknowledgement. From what I presume there were three staff towards the back having a conversation, clearly more important than saying a hello, even after walking around for 4-5 minutes. We finally decided that maybe they weren’t interested in selling us a pair of boots and a belt. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future - perhaps Thomas Cooks.

I didn't buy anything, but despite this the staff were helpful and took time to explain their styles and after sales service.

The quality of the leather is amazing and when I do decoder to make a purchase it will be at this store.

Ordered custom made boots in store after being fitted. Unfortunately they were too narrow. I was given a full refund but the staff were quite rude about it and weren’t interested in finding something that worked for me.
