RMIT University Swanston Academic Building reviews
7 Yes it has great architecture (building 80), it also has great academics like Pr Martin Wood,
Dr Sarah Sinclair and Alan Montague. My 1 star is For RMIT NOT providing any post graduation career support. My Business degree, majoring in HR AND MANAGEMNT IS USELESS! (False advertising). I have 15k+ HECS debt and this applies indexation every year (technically means your debt increases).
Just be carfull what you go there for, accounting, teaching and anything medical, architectural and engineering yes but anything else no point racking up HECS debt and having a useless degree when it’s asvertised as a life changer -. -
Having conferences in the venue, it Is great that the university willing to support the community and provide the location.
This educational facility is fantastic for students who want a qualification in the type of study they choose.
Too busy at certain floors. Generally good outer look but interior wise can be improved. Outside is an immediate smoking zone.
Great building, my only complaint was the lack of power points but they recently installed more so 5 out 5, great study areas, great cafe on area level 7, great architecture
Great facilities and aesthetic building, very easily accessible as there's a tram stop outside and it's a minute walk from Melbourne central, however, it gets extremely busy at times and it's hard to leave without inhaling a lung full of cigarette smoke
Quite a few cafes here two on the ground floor and on level 7 a teeny one hidden away with a great balcony view of inner Carlton
