I attended RMIT for my pte test. It was a great experience and the staff was really lovely and highly professional. Everything was on time with no delays. The process of signing in and off was really simple. It was not crowded with people at all and the equipment quality was also good. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if anyone wants to sit for their pte.

I did 2 PTE tests here and it was the best experience. The place, the staff, the computer and headset were great and the results came in less the 2 hours. I can safely say that this might be one of the best places to do the test in Melbourne, as I have been to other test centres and they were not quite good.

It's a really good place to do the IELTS exam. The examiner for the speaking test was super nice, making you more comfortable in your exam. One thing that needs to improve is it got a little bit of noise in the venue.

Thank you RMIT, great day great experience from all the staffs of RMIT PTE test centre in Melbourne. Basically, I would heartily recommend to all my love one's and friends my greatest ever experience in my exam day in RMIT.

Friendly staffs, well organised and guide us through the process without causing pressure before the exam.

The keyboard, I found some buttons were a bit stiff and hard to press down which caused me slow and error typing.

Hoping it will replace the stiff keyboards as it is important for us to type fast in PTE, especially listening part.

Really organised and these hosts were quite gentle and clear. The amount of people in the room is fair, it's part of the challenge to deal with it. I'd just say that the Stabilo pens are not the most appropriated to write on the eraseable notebook, because they require a more 90° hand grip which takes longer to write.

I had my ielts and it was such a bad experience. My speaking examiner Julie (I guess) wasn’t very nice. While I was answering the questions I felt like she was judging me and rolling her eyes while listening to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I did complaint to them through the link they provided but it wasn’t very helpful either.
Just to be sure it wasn’t me or my mind I asked one of my friends about her experience of giving her ielts speaking at that centre, she said the same thing that I experienced. Wouldn’t recommend going for your ielts at RMIT

One of the worst place, you can’t in prior to 45 mins exam for pte. I didn’t like this place at all, next time I will book other centre. PTE should have to look after these things, should notice they can’t in the customer until 45 mins to exam. Idiots to do management like this RMIT worldwide english SHAME ON YOU!

The staff is friendly and professional. Equipment were working fine. No technical issues. I'd recommend this center for taking PTE exams.

I had a test on 17th of October at 9am. I went 15 minutes later because of train disruption due to accident happened in between 7 to 8: 30am on the platform. And it’s not possible to get Uber. I was very nervous and rushed to get there but the guard lady. I don’t know her name. She didn’t even want to listen me and she just canceled my test. I was keep requesting to see any others staff may be they will help me instead of fixing she said, she is going to cancel my test and she canceled my test. I don’t know her problems.
Don’t even try to understand about the pressure of students, and now I can’t even ask for refund because it’s clearly written on pte website.
So I want to suggest everyone be careful to take test in this centre.

Friendly invigilators all were good except speaking part in exam. It makes hard to concentrate as well as what you are speaking, it should be in blocks of 4-5 students, which will make more good and easy to concentrate.

However, the speaking test can be improved my examiner was giving a pale face thats not very comforting rest all 3 tests were great no issue

The worst language test centre ever. Their complaint service is a joke. And if you wanna experience microaggression which provided by their speaking examiner, please do not hesitate.

I did my PTE test at this center yesterday. I've never scored such a low mark in my speaking. That's unbelievable!
The test started later than scheduled and my scores were not what I expected. That was such a big shock to me!
Totally disappointed. I hope this helps other PTE test takers!

Do not recommend this place for IELTS testing, They struggled for an hour directing me to 5 different places, simply because they couldn't find a working camera to capture my ID photo. The invigilators were not very supportive, rather behaved in a autocratic way. Definitely didn't create an exam friendly mindset, I was rather tired of all the admin work

I don’t want to suggest this centre to any one. I never got the speaking below the 7 anywhere else in Australia but I have got 5 on this test centre. The environment is ridiculous especially there is no proper desk for speaking test. Please don’t waste your money!

It's been more than 13days and still didn't got my results. I have checked the results online but it says under revaluation. Where should I check the results?

Unpleasant experience during an IELTS test. Couldn't take any breaks during the test as their system was unable to pull out my details due to technical issues. Used pencils and erasers were provided for the exam, the invigilators would actually sharpen those pencils in front of test takers. Prior to the test they sticked a sticker on the back of one's passport, unfortunately those stickers really stuck and left some remain when removed.
