A nice open spot to come grab a coffee and chill or play some slams with a bunch of college going mates at RMIT. Prime spot in the middle of the city, behind bldg 80 ta RMIT and right across many student accommodations. Have lots of sweet memories here.

GREAT TO SEE RMIT ADDING TO THE CITY'S AMENITY
This very valuable square of land has been turned into an open air court popular with basketballers and other sports.
Great facility for students and a nice break from the concrete towers that dominate the area!
