Great service! After being sized incorrectly at another store, Josh took the time to make sure that my new boots were comfortable from the get go.

Staff are as great as all RM Williams stores, but this one has good stock levels so more choices.

The service is terrible. I walked in ready to buy a pair of boots, and knew the ones I wanted. Had a guy helping me with sizes. As I was trying on the pair that I would have been buying, with zero explanation he just left and started helping some other person. Didn’t tell them he’s with a customer already, didn’t say to me that he’ll be back or anything. So I sat there and waited for several minutes while being ignored, then I got up and left without buying anything.

I also went in several months ago, and a woman was assisting, and every pair of boots I asked about she kept hesitating and going: oh but those are a bit more expensive. As if the only consideration when buying RM Williams boots is finding the cheapest price possible.

Top knotch customer service, and without saying an exceptional product. Ansehl was so friendly, fun and knowledgeable helping me find the perfect pair of boots that not only fit what I wanted, but were also appropriate for my foot shape. It felt like I was shopping with a friend, I felt so comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful service, honestly uplifted my day in a way I never thought a retail experience could.

Amazing experience and customer service by Rebecca today at RM Williams Melbourne Central. Rebecca was so helpful and thorough with all my questions and even restored my old RM Williams boots as well! The experience was excellent in line with the superb product. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to recommending all our friends in the future!

Excellent service from Mason today, ended up buying two pairs. It’s always great when staff believe in the products that they are selling and show enthusiasm as well as provide sound advice. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase at all and the whole experience was amazing. Well done Mason, thank you for all the help today.

I've been looking for some boots for a while and we went to R. M Williams yesterday and the boots are so beautiful, comfortable and soft.

Saffie, our Sales Associate, was amazing and her product knowledge was 100%. I've never owned boots and she answered every question I had even if it was a bit of stupid question. She even jumped in and asked if we had certain products to maintain the boots to get the most life out of them and explained how they works and how often to use them.

I wouldn't go to any other store, Melbourne Central is the store to go to.

Awesome shoes, extremely well made and very comfortable. Jasmyn helped me choose the right pair and she is a credit to your company. Friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products, she was a pleasure to deal with.

Great selection of quality items. The staff are very helfull. Although they couldn't supply me with the item I wanted, they searched to see where else it was available and would get it in for me. Glad to see it's back in Oz hands

Terrible customer service. Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged and then waited to be served for about 20 mins. Left without buying anything. It was at 6: 30pm on a Tuesday night so it wasn’t even busy at all.

Katherine helped us here and I can honestly say she went completely out of her way for us. She was so helpful and friendly and genuinely deserves a raise! Thank you so much for you help Katherine… shoes fit great:)

After reading the below reviews i was hesitant to visit Melbourne Central store.

Due to others stores being closed on late Sunday, i gave a shot.

I was severed by Denmark.

He really made my experience and time in store enjoyable.

He was very professional and knowledgeable.

He took his time in explaining all the options and because of his service i made instant purchases.

I would really recommend RM William appreciating and rewarding their good employees.

I was expecting customer service befitting a high end retail brand, instead the staff ignored us upon entry (both times we visited the store) and we had to seek out assistance. The staff were disengaged, not forthcoming with information on the product. Disappointing given the price point, cannot recommend others to purchase their boots here. Find it astonishing that the store doesn't even have a voicemail setup, seems really amateur. Boots are good though.
