Excellent customer service, it was really easy to upload the reference photo and the artist provided the draft of the line drawing in really quick turn around. The artistry was beautiful and it turned out so gorgeous. As for the shirt itself, it is such nice material, sooo incredibly soft and comfy! And the combo of shirt colour and thread colour was gorgeous. Very happy with this purchase!

Ollie and the team worked to create a really personalised design for my fiancé and I. We wanted a fun jumper to wear at the airport after our wedding. The jumpers are even better than we thought they would be!

Great quality jumper, material is thick and heavy perfect in a hoodie, the design of the dog i sent was great, way better then i expected.just note the size L was probably closer to an XL or a touch bigger.overall great hoodie and highly recommended

I got in contact with Ollie from RK Threads about organising a wedding present for my best mate and he could not have been more helpful. My mate was getting married in India, so myself and the other groomsmen had to do a dance on one of the wedding nights. The idea of the present was to get a snapshot of the dance printed onto jumpers for all 4 of us. Not only did Ollie hold the order for multiple weeks until we had professional photography to design from; but he was extremely responsive and communicative along the whole process. With constant back and forth emails ensuring every detail was covered accurately, regular updates including approving the artists final designs, making minor changes here and there with no issues, and giving professional opinions and input when deciding on different aspects.
