The Profile dining Chari’s were delivered promptly with good service. The chairs seem good as expected and time will tell. However, the ‘free’ delivery did not include removing and disposing the packaging. We ended up paying extra for that. It would have been better experience if we were alerted about this additional charges upfront.

I ordered a sofa online without seeing it in the flesh and it was perfect! The quality is excellent, the colour is even better than expected. It arrived on schedule and communication in relation to delivery was great.

RJ living welcomes customer reviews under each product on their website. I wrote my review, however RJ Living will not post this review. When followed up with their customer service team, they were not able to give me any information. This company is misleading in their approach to customer care and falsify the reviews process on the website.

Quality beautiful products with excellent service from customer service team to delivery team.

DO NOT BUY HERE DELIVERY IS LIKELY A SCAM AND RJ LIVING PERPETUATE IT.
It feels they hire a scam delivery company when you only pay standard delivery. The delivery service never came to our door and then claimed we needed to pay an $80 redelivery fee because they did a call or two. They claimed that we weren't home and knocked on our door, however not only could they not provide photo evidence of being at our door, we have video surveillance to show they never came to our door.

I'm sure this probably has happened to customers without video surveillance, so it's a good gimmick. What's worse is that rather than RJ living just ensuring we got it redelivered, they sent us a stupid photo of the delivery person NOT at the door and said we should pay an additional $80.

With so much furniture stores out there, highly recommend you going somewhere else. I will be lodging a formal scam complaint to ACCC since they continue not to deliver the table I have paid in full for.

Really bad customer service experience. They told us our sofa will arrive today so I have re arrange other appointment but they didn’t not turn up and not even bother to tell us they are not coming!

I had a very positive experience with Chrisna, a customer service rep from RJ living. I had a delivery issue with the item I ordered, and she very quickly replaced the item and had it dispatched. Very happy with my new mirror!

From the visit to the showroom right through to the timely delivery I have been most impressed with the professional, efficient and friendly manner of staff at RJ Living. The quality of the product is outstanding. Thank you

5 stars for the beautiful design of the reside bedside tables however it is clearly oak veneer when you move closer to the bedside.

One was delivered with a faulty slider. I contacted customer service the day after delivery explaining fault and requesting a swap. I was then sent three very informal, shaky videos on how to fix a common problem with push drawers that occurs in transit. I explained that we tried the process shown in the videos and outlined that the problem was in relation to a different mechanism within the slide. I even offered to drive the item all the way to their warehouse to swap the product over. I was then asked to provide photo and video evidence to prove the fault to be forwarded to the manufacturing team. I have still not heard back. It would be a lot more seamless if they replaced the item and dealt with the fault in their own time instead of placing the onus on the client to fix their faulty furniture.

Prompt, delivered well packaged with excellent communication and the product (side tables) were beautiful- just as we’d hoped.

We had a small issue with table, a simple, no one at fault issue. Chrisna from RJ living was straight on to it to resolve before Christmas. Thanks
