Fantastic customer service, they were patient and took the time to answer all my questions of which there were many, and they really listened. You can tell they care about their customers. Salesman was great and prices really competitive. The quality of the door along door motor is top class as well. Just disappointed with the installers. Left alot of screws and half cut small bolts on the garage floor which was close to causing tire punctures. They also blocked the common driveway with their car and trailer for over 2 hours, causing issues with my neighbours.

These guys did a great job. From coming to service the original door and advising that it was no longer serviceable to quote and install, Installation was completed a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Thanks again for great service

Professional job on a replacement automatic garage door. There were some weeks' delay in fulfilling the order after it was confirmed, waiting for supply of the door, but perfectly happy with the end result.

I love our new garage door. It looks beautiful and operates perfectly. Install team we're on time and friendly. Sales team at head office we're also very friendly, knowledgeable and up front on costs and expected delays. They provided more than 5 detailed quotes on possible options. Being a large door (2400x5000) my options were somewhat limited. They walked me through the pros and cons of each one.

Dennis is professional, accommodating and friendly. He was super helpful in advising me what type of garage roller door I should have installed, he was not pushy or in a rush, he had time for all my queries. I really appreciate that. Thank you for your politeness. Highly recommended!

Recently replaced my dying garage door with a new one.

Overall, it was an extremely smooth and very professional process & execution. Loved how integrated all of RJ Garage Doors data capture process is. Back office phone reps, previous maintenance person, sales person and final installer - they all seem to work off & heavily feed back into the same database and therefore create this overall smooth process that I wish many other companies provided!

Also - the new door works & looks great, no complaints at all.

Our garage door was starting to get really heavy to lift (not powered) & we are not getting any younger. RJ Doors was recommended to us by a neighbour who is in the building industry. He assured us that RJ doors will do a good job without a rip off. We are new tenants at this property & as we have a great landlord who has already fixed quite a few things from the previous tenant we wanted to give him a break & decided to pay for a service on the garage door ourselves. Vicki discussed my needs & arranged to have a service done. Jarryd came out and got stuck right in to servicing & added a cord to the bottom rail to make it easier to pull down. He discussed options and arranged for a quote if we ever decided to approach the owner about installing a motor & remote. We were very happy with the result and even received a seniors discount. I would highly recommend them to others

Very happy overall with my new roller door.works fantastic, looks great, quiet, wait was worth it and the price was reasonable.all of the staff were friendly too.only thing im annoyed about is the 2 large piles of wet cement and rubble that were left in my driveway.im covered in mud from trying to clean it, it's incredibly heavy and it's sticking to my driveway.it would have just been nice to know id be left with that, would have put a tarp down or something.
