Great customer service, I left my phone in a cab and the organisation was immediately proactive in finding the specific cab and driver who checked and located my phone then arranging for its return to me going out of their way to do so (For which I compensated of my own will and without feeling pressured to do so in any way).

I was most impressed with their integrity and commitment to recover my phone in a most polite manner.

If you have any other choice don't use this service. On a good day you will be waiting 45 minutes or more. I've waited 3 hours before in the middle of winter outside as a teenage girl. And on my first ever ride with them the driver (male) had made me very uncomfortable and as I was getting out he asked to meet me again. I tried to report him by calling the company but they kept saying to call later and I eventually gave up. And today I waited a good forever. I could've walked there in time. I hate using this service cause you wait forever and then pay a fortune for sh*t service. EDIT SINCE I WROTE THIS WHILE IN THE TAXI THE MAN DROVE ME WAY PAST MY STOP THANK GOODNESS I WAS PAYING ATTENTION I CANT BELIEVE IT. THOUGHT HE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME OUT OF MY MONEY UNBELIVEABLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!

Waited 2 hours, made multiple phone calls and no taxi, then finally someone one called and said I had to walk 5 mins to meet them somewhere else on a Thursday night.terrible service even this time around, maybe communicate with you customers a bit more instead of leaving them for 2 hours when they have work the next day, appalling service.

Lady who answered the phone was so rude, couldn't even find my address and then snapped at me when I tried to confirm she was searching for the right address.

They took a booking to pick a person up from the hospital in the Wheel Chair Taxi the previous evening, but arrived 45minutes late the following day. Not Good.

I called SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS IN ADVANCE, to pick me up from work at 12am. They didn't show. "We do not have enough available cabs in the area right now. " With SEVEN HOURS IN ADVANCE. After the fourth call, about 40 minutes after the confirmed time to pick me up, I asked to speak to the manager or team supervisor, that was denied. We asked for the ability to file a complaint, again that was denied

I a 15 year old GIRL was stranded for an hour and didn't even get picked up by them. I had to get a co-worker to take me home at 1 in the morning.

Absolutely shocking having to wait 2 hours for a cab! When you have plans you don’t want to be waiting there all day on a cab. Hire more people it’s something you obviously need to invest time in

So much improvement from what is it used to be. Clean cars good drivers.
My only complaint is every single female driver I have rode with stinks of cigarettes. In todays environment this is not required or exceptable.

Called at 1: 30am as final taxis had departed wyyung, said they would send a taxi right away to take me and my friend into town, sat around for over 40 minutes and ended up walking home. Should have called 13cabs

Why was my daughter spoken to so rudely today and told he'd rejected booking and that he doesn't do bookings? New driver apparently?

Overpriced; driver took me the long way to my destination; took forever to pay; driver hardly seemed to know what he was doing; I could have baught almost 2 tanks of fuel with the amount I was charged - for what was supposed to be a half-hour trip. Absolutely pathetic, I'll be calling an uber next time.

Just ordered a Taxi to take my 13 year old daughter to school in Bairnsdale, $72.30 for a 25 kilometer journey an absolute disgrace.
