Riviera Beach Resort

Lovely, quiet resort very close to the water. Beautiful views, good location to water including the beach. Spacious, very clean, well equipped units.
These are not daily serviced apartments.

Enjoyed our week here. Quiet place and can relax easily. Well provided kitchen, bathroom, comfy rooms, furniture. Pool table, air hockey and soccer thing in games room. Staff helped out on little issue. Walkable to the main street and supermarket Love to stay here again.

Lovely location but over Touristy. Caravan park right in front of views of Lake which was ugly eyesore!

Always good. Great hospitality from Kathryn and Roly - also Marian. Beautiful units. Easy walk to most things even on a wheelie-walker. Lots of eating places around Lakes E and many small shops. Plenty of suitable drives too if that's your desire.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay with the family. Comes with a play room for all ages! Close to everything! Had a great week! Thank you!

Excellent accommodation and view of the North Arm. Even had a choir of birds on the other side of the road to keep us entertained.

The location is pretty good with just a few minute's walk to the town shops. Sadly, the unit we were in had obviously not been properly cleaned, and for quite some time. Thick dust on windowsills, appliances not cleaned - crumbs in the sandwich press and some food burnt-into the microwave tray are just a few examples. As a member of Holiday Concepts, I pay $800+per year for maintenance and upkeep, as do all members for their week's use. But that seems to not be enough to give the unit a clean. Even the shelves in the "pantry" had not even had a cloth waved at then in a long time. No apparent concern about this from management.

Stayed for a week with IVC. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent accommodation with all facilities to be self-contained, great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable stay, lovely, modern, small group but doesn't offer same activities on site as others we've been to. Made use of the games room. Would love to stay again.
