Riverstone Medical Practice

Girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything very clearly.

Dr Boules is very through with his skin checks. I recommend him highly for everyone, to get checked at least once a year.

The practice simply goes the extra mile when it comes to you. They explain things more and you get clear instructions and they are easy to get in touch.

Second time coming to this practice. First appointment 20 minutes waiting. Second appointment 35 minutes and still waiting to see the doctor not good enough.

Had a great experience visiting the Riverstone Medical Centre today. Super helpful and welcoming staff member and excellent doctor.
I was able to get my unwell son an appointment on the same day and signed up online easily. Will definitely be back!

Receptionist and doctors are hopeless. Rude and so unhelpful. Was told they would email my specialist a referral and never did. Had to wait hours at the specialist for them to fax it through on the day. Kept calling every 10 mins to see if doc could send it through to be told the doctor is too busy with patients to fax it through and he will do it when he can.

Rude and hopeless don’t waste your time.

Terrible customer Service and clinic. Only new to the area. Made 2 different appointments for each of my kids through HotDoc. Due to a hiccup was running a little late. Once arriving was told that both my kids couldn’t be seen. Due too arriving too late, and not having RAT test done today. So thanks for nothing…. So what a waste of my time. Not only l have 2 children that a sick but now to find somewhere else to see a doctor.
This just shows the meaning of the importance a Doctors clinic is right…maybe relook at your mission statement.

It's a shame this is a 3 star review because it could be higher. The doctors at this clinic are fantastic and the pathology service has always been quick and painless. However the reception staff are rude and abrupt both face to face and over the phone. It's a shame that the first point of contact for this clinic is so poor when the medical staff are friendly.

I went there for a blood test and Dr. Jenny, was really kind and caring, she ensured i rested well before leaving and unjudgementally answered my questions. The wait before the test wasn't long (around 5 mins), although i don't think an appointment is required. Thank you, i am really pleased with the experience

A receptionist there was rude as rude can be! Such attitude and VERY unprofessional! Disgusting customer service.

Booked an appointment on their website and when attending they didn’t have my name on the list. Also tried to call them before attending but their listed phone number is wrong (it connects to after hour doctors? !)

Not seen/spoken to a receptionist this rude!
May need to have some customer service training undertook!

Dr Zakhary is very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He never rushes and explains medical concepts well. A lovely family GP.

I can't speak more highly of Riverstone. I walk in and feel listened to, respected, cared for and treated with decency. The face of a business are the reception and office management. I love walking in and being greeted by Bec, she has such a great memory of conversations we have had. She takes a real interest in my kids which is wonderful. The practice nurse, Amy is a saint, she is so gentle and caring and super smart. Then the Drs, I again have never found doctors that are so thorough and don't try and move you out the door. I would not take my kids anywhere else. Dr Rashmi Kumble especially, she has supported me through some tough times where I want to break down in tears, at times I have. She is gentle, caring, empathetic, supportive and 100% genuine. My kids talk about Rashmi and ask to see her. I couldn't recommend any practice more, I would travel an hour to attend the practice.

Two terrible experiences at this clinic in the last week. On one instance the Dr was incredibly rude, dismissive and hung up on my husband part way through a phone consult. The other occasion a different Dr saw our daughter and made a huge (and public) spectacle out of our poor sick child needing to be tested for covid. They offered no assistance or advice other than saying “Come back when the test is negative”. We will be looking for another GP to go to in future.

As I am a patient with chronic health issues including la suppressed immune system so far I have been happy with the Doctors and receptionists.
I was under the care of a beautiful doctor also locally however I was bullied more than once by some receptionists
I continued with my beautiful doctor however.
I could not stop the bullying
So I am very cautious and so far my communication with drs and receptionists have been lovely and respectful
I must mention riverstone medicals nurse is excellent caring and professional.
As are the doctors.
I'm feeling safe and cared for again.

Never have i experienced such a rude, arrogant receptionist over the phone. (R******) is very unpleasant, has no patience and raises their voice over the phone over their own error. This was totally unprovoked, I called being nothing but nice, she has issues.

Beautiful staff and fantastic service as always. Thorough doctors and friendly reception staff. Clean center. A+!
