Went there for couple days getaway. Michael at reception was extremely professional & friendly with a smile.
Place was very clean & tidy & we got room cleaned & beds made without expecting it.

We recently stayed at Riverside as my husband was playing soccer in ocean grove. We took advantage of this away game and stayed away for the night.

The room was really nice and clean.

The staff were exceptional, customer service was above and beyond.

We will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay.

Friendly staff who made us welcome. Great rooms with their own little balcony area. Plus a gorgeous pool and BBQ area! Would love to have stayed longer!

It was clean and cosy enough for a two night stay. Sadly the kitchen area is too small, they should add brackets for the microwave or another unit opposite the sink to put the kettle on as it’s dangerous having so many electricals right next to the sink. Noisy if you get neighbours partying on their outside areas.

Lovely family owned business and always greeted with a smile.
Accommodation is always comfortable, clean and tidy.

This place is a rip off, they sell the rooms advertised with ensuite,
there is only 1 bathroom and units are tiny, the kitchen is a cupboard
for example, the bathroom is called an ensuite because it runs of lounge.
Its a 1 room place, the bedroom lounge kitchen and bathroom are all combined
so according to the owner as the bathroom runs of lounge/bedroom its an ensuite.

I was not expected to be so clean.so we'll organization.and frendly staff. I will definitely come back with my family

Good for last minute accomodation. Nice staff. Wouldnt return in a hurry. Overall ok experience.
