Google shows this store should be open up till 4pm Sunday. Arrived around 3: 40pm and the store was already closed up. Staff at the counter refused to come to door to speak. I knew exactly what item I wanted to buy and would have been a quick sale. Tried to phone but number was not in service. Rivers should really get rid of this staff member who really can't be bothered serving customers.

Great specials available at rivers stores. Great variety of sizes for large feet etc. Only downside is the shelving in this store was a little unorganized making it harder to ascertain the specials items.

Very frustrating shop. I Visited three times to collect the order. Never seen this shop opening. It has different opening hours than the website and at Saturday 1: 30 pm shop is still closed without any notice or sign. Called few times no one answers even though all the lights are on. Now I have to come back again but I wish to know what time they open.

Called to confirm stock and when the phone was finally answered, I get "we're too busy to talk. Try again later and we'll try to answer" followed by a clunk. Called back later to be informed that the item is out back but too busy to unpack and not sure when they'll get round to it. Plenty of other option if you're that busy! What a joke.

Old lady at counter needs to learn manners.she was talking on phone & ignored my wife when my wife when standing infront of her to ask help for something.then she rudely told kids to stop touching the items.

Rivers is a very good brand.
Customer service in Dandenong plaza was good though the mature lady who did customer service on 23/ 12/22 around 5.20pm was rude.
She tells the new customers, the customers who came before them have given her a hard time.
Throw a way the children who touches goods in the store. Asks customers to put back shoes to the shelves where they got them from.
She talks to her self, blaming customers while she works in the store. The customers around her can hear her. Please don't let people with ocd to work in a clothing store. This is the first time I saw this bad customer service in Dandenong plaza Rivers. Rivers brand and the owner of this store, Please pay attention to this. Thanks

Rivers is superb brand which i have been using from last 5 years, their products quality is good and comfortable. Shoes are my favourite which are cheap on price and very comfy to wear every day. Got good variety and happy to be there customer.

Shop keeper is not friendly at all.does not tolerate kids around.
I WILL NOT SHOP ANY MORE FROM HERE.

Tried to buy pair of shoes, one stock left with
scratch, shop assistance asked me to go to another shop to buy a shoes polish and fixed the scratch. I doubted she has minimum education or anyway suitable for shop assistance.

Fantastic shop, it has a lot of Xmas specials at the moment. Friendly staff, especially big thankyou to Jackie, she is so helpful and cheerful. Strongly recommended!

From my experience, I am able to rate this place high. I placed an order online for shoes on a special offer and picked up from fountain gate. Later realized they were too large for me and returned to Dandenong store after more than two weeks without any problems. Staff I came across at all stores were helpful. The flexibility on returning is highly appreciated.

Excellent experience.
The staff were very friendly. And they knew exactly what i wanted and what sort of stock levels they had.
I was treated very well, they were even happy to have a chat with me as I was bored, while waiting for some other people to catch up.

Very Bad experience. The lady staff at the counter is very Rude and unprofessional. Always rolling the eyes on customers. The man didn’t even notice i was standing and put my hand on the counter desk and came and put a lot clothes on it. They are not bothered if customer is waiting. Just busy talking to each other. Very disappointed from this Dandenong store.

Excellent customer service. I enquired regarding a *Clearance Item* this morning. The gentleman whom answered took the time, and helped me locate this particular item at another store - plus gave me the address and phone number. Polite, professional and deserves recognition!

You should delete the help wanted advertising for work if it was filled already last week.

The products of high quantity and eco friendly too. If you are a green person who loves nature this is the place to shop at. Well it's value for money.
