Rivers Bundoora

Looking for work shoes. Not like other rivers stores I have been to as far as range of larger sizes.

Tell head office to up date ya sites wanted to buy runners and up comes women's clothing.

Friendly staff, I was lucky enough to be there at Christmas time with massive marked down prices.

Staff is very rude. Recently, they had balloons decorated in their store and were very fussy about them. They did not let any kid touch their balloons. It was very difficult for parents to stop their kids from touching the balloons.

Stock all mixed, 4 times prices of clothes more expensive than what the price on rack says they are

Disappointingly very disinterested staff just going through the motions.get off your mobile phones

Lots of boxes and rubbish strewn throughout the store

Why bother returning!

Worst experience I had with my recent order. Took more than one month to ship my order. The items they sent me are wrong and some are damaged. Took the items to their Bundoora store to return, but their store person wasn't helpful at all. She said their store doesn't accept returns.
If I were you, I would rather spend a little bit more money to buy from a good clothing store. I will never buy from this shop again. I wish I can return this garbage and get my money back.
Go and read their facebook reviews and comments before you make any purchase.

This store gets lots of customers and so many bargains in clothing footwear etc, the limited staff on have trouble keeping shelves full, the public and ferel kids they bring into store run amok and trash product.change rooms can be a challenge with full store of public.a main outlet for runout stocks

Rivers aft it changed owners it went down the gurgler and now i would not rate ths place, the business is ruined as well as expensive.
I used to go to Rivers yrs ago every fortnight, the place used to be packed wth customers but now when u go there ure lucky if there is 5 customers total. The quality of footware and clothing has slipped to an all time low. Thats unless u want to pay top dollar for anything.
My advice is dnt waste ure time guys as its finished ths business.
It once was a store i voted 10/10 but now only 2/10.

Proper sizes and fits

Used to be good pricing for good quality.
The new owners have doubled all their prices for the same and less quality clothes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went in to exchange a pair of shoes that were 1 size too small. Asked the lady at the counter and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the whole experience and would like to praise the assistant (Chrisanthy) for her speedy and friendly service.

I ordered clothes online and picked up in store. Unfortunately they did not fit and I was lucky to receive a refund as they were clearance dresses. Otherwise a great store with lots of clothes.

Staff on Saturday provided exceptional customer service.

I will now keep recommending Rivers.
