7Really rude terrible service. The cashier was visibly overwhelmed by the fact there was 2 people in the whole store, as I was waiting in line she said “I’m the only one working! ”, although I had said nothing I was just waiting to be served, whilst the person in front of me was busy trying clothes on at the counter. Was eventually reluctantly served, and was about to buy something for my husband where it was sarcastically pointed out that “this is a mans top”. Safe to say I turned around and walked out, what a degrading experience.
The staff are rude. Obviously not fit to work retail. (Especially the old white staff with short hair)
A rivers worker has been making crude remarks. Whether this is a joke or not it is not very funny in today’s climate.
Found one of the staff who was possibly the manager to be very rude and disrespectful. She was obviously having a bad day and took it out on her customers. Highly unprofessional!

Staff doesn’t greet customers entering and if asked for discount when it’s in clearance they make faces and show BAD attitude.
Suggest not to go to RIVERS specially of Watergarden.
Pretty good deal on shoes. But the person serving me could not read my discount voucher. I took a photo of it on the advice of my previous visit. He could of honoured it but didn't.
Very helpful salesperson. Could not find my type of jeans but referred me to on-line Rivers. Have now ordered the jeans
