14 Disgraceful customer service by the manager!
Very disrespectful attitude to customers.
Don’t waste your time or money at this Rivers
The shop has improved the lay out better than it used to be. Has great veriety of stock at bargain prices. Staff at checkout great. But the fitting rooms a disgrace, dirty and doors do not close.
How can a big store like that present something so discusting. Shame Rivers.
I am disgusted that Rivers DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE and allow refunds, with receipts on purchases. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.i bought item as a last resort due to lack of availability at shops i usually frequent but got caught out with this item of clothing.

From my experience the range and quality of clothing etc has improved markedly and I was able to get quality slippers for mum at a really good price. Great service. Ample parking.
Don’t bother. Refused to change for a incorrect size purchased that was actually put on incorrect sized coat hanger. Poor customers service.
Communication not good. Spoke to Hannah on the phone yesterday to arrange an exchange. They put aside the item for me to collect today. Hannah told me over the phone they close at 4: 30pm on Sundays. I rock up just after 4: 20pm and they were closed. Paper sign on the door had 4: 20pm as the closing time on Sunday. Doesn’t make sense why I was told 4: 30pm was the closing time? Website even says 4: 30pm? This needs to be fixed ASAP for future customers. Not happy when I purposely made the trip for this one exchange.
We were served by Hannah and Ellison and they were extremely helpful. Great customer service and true mateship. With their help, we went in and got out with exactly what we needed very quickly.
Its always worth the time to rat through the racks to find a hidden gem.
Some if the clothing is out there, but if you keep looking you might find it.
Need to fix your air conditioning, went there yesterday didn't stay long store was too hot, store needed a tidy up
Everywhere is so dusty, my nose couldn't handle it. Not sure if any cleaning is being done. The store is pretty big and has a good range of clothes, for a good price.
I'm a Rivers Man, always seek out their stores for quality and value when travelling e.g. Socks and underwear, a big store, limited parking, friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent store for someone bigger than average good selection of basically everything for this time of year

The staff were excellent even though they were extremely busy the young lady that served me couldn't have been nicer a pleasant change from many places
