Rivers don't sell great products. They always have sales, but they're not really sales. They're more likely a price adjustment to reflect the items true values.

The other staff member I spoke to was very nice however.

Pretty decent sized store. Plenty of stock and really good sales all throughout the store. The store is kept in a neat and tidy condition with very friendly staff. They also have big brands in store such as Adidas, Timmy Hilfiger, etc.which was interesting to see because I didn't know they sold such brands here. Overall it was a very good store and will be returning.

Visited the store on a Monday afternoon. The store only had about 4 customers inside and did not seem busy which was a good thing because there only seemed to be 2 staff. But as we took our shopping to the counter there were 3 customers with us and the female staff looked quite under pressure but still did her best. Please get more staff especially now as things improve.

Rivers is peaceful and relaxing, look at the plants, ducks in the pond, food available and coffee, staff are very polite.

Good prices & range. They need to work on their Online ordering system if picking up in Store. The Staff have trouble finding the orders & matching the Orders to the Invoice.

They have sales they mark the prices up then they put the discount on it when the sales are off the price is still the same

Rivers have improved their quality a lot over the last couple of years. Great place for shoes. Get some good discounts.
