Riverlinks Eastbank reviews
12 Granddaughters had there School Concert here. It was good and went off well.
The Cafe was handy for a coffee.
What a lovely venue. It was great to be able to sit while we waited gorgeous the doors open to take our seat.
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! This venue hosted the GSSC Debutante ball. The security were preventing young and elderly females from accessing the toilets. We were left without water and soft drink on our table for most of the night, POOR STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Clean, great staff, well sighed. Great staff in the little snack/food part.
Went to see Celtic Illusions and that was great.
This is a very nice venue. Good parking and excellent location. I like the way the staff make sure everyone is seated before the show begins.
We went to see Cosintino perform, we pre booked our tickets via telephone and requested an aisle seat as I am using crutches. After a lengthy walk to use the lift I was disappointed to discover although I was in an isle seat I still had to walk through a row of seats as there was no door directly accessing our seats.
Was so lovely to go to a local show now that I've moved to the country. Easy to park, nice little Cafe on site that serves meals and even some alcoholic drinks. Very clean and staff helpful.
Seats are very small had a larger size person just about sitting on top of me! Very hard to see the stage when someone taller sits in front of you. Left half way through a performance because of these 2 things
The show was great (Cosentino) what a shame the venue was such a disappointment, seats are uncomfortable, you are practically sitting on the person next to you, couldn’t see the stage because the person in front of me blocked it.
The show was great (Shoshi Mango)
The venue looks good but the seats were terrible, too cramped and very uncomfortable, especially if you are sitting next to the bigger person. Would think again before going there again.
Enjoyed the show however the seating eas very tight some people needed 1.5 my husband is very thin the.person next to him was almost on top of him
My daughters ’Deb ball’, was held at Eastbank recently. The facility wasn't noteworthy; the food, however, as a pleasant surprise.
Catering for, approximately 150 to 200 people, the kitchen delivered hot, well cooked and tasty meals. Similarly, the service staff served the food hot and, fast. It was particularly impressive to observe the service staff work with the kitchen to hold meals for people yet to arrive while continuing service to guests ready to eat. When the remaining guests arrived at the table, they too the same quality food as people served earlier; notably, the food wasn't reheated in a microwave nor had it been served and, sat to dry out under a heat lamp, while waiting for guests to arrive.
In short, the onsite catering was a pleasant surprise.
