Staff are so good services and their meat are fresh everytime and everyday. This meat shop worker are so humble, smile and funny

Worst meat shop ever. Staff are rude and few times that’s okay staff need not be good to the customers. But the meat quality is not at all good. We tried three times now there hoping that the meat quality will improve. They show you at the display good one and while packing they give you from underneath. Even if you ask them several times they say it all same and they don’t even care.

A very good shop to buy your Asian groceries. Only concern about the quality of their meat. Last week I bought chicken giblets and liver and they were totally rotten. Quite disappointing indeed. Other day, I bought beef meat and also found not that good. Place is still good for vegetables and other groceries.

My experience.
#1 Meat (especially chicken) is not fresh at all.
#2 Head butcher is rude.

I would recommend the site to have the Favourites option for quick selection instead of searching for it every time.

Very good, good quality, your prices were reasonable but now going on higher side, for reasonable prices customer are coming as far sushine, keep it up Mr kazi, May God help you

Excellent shop. Always fully stocked and clean. Excellent customer service aswel. From meat to veg. They have it all.

Very nice meat shop. Meat displayed is not sold when asked to purchase it but meat taken from behind the counter and was full of fat. I came back and ask for the meat in the front that I initially asked for but they refused to sell what I wanted, they basically wanted me to take their waste or fatty old boney meat so I asked for refund then gave me 10$ short as well until I asked for the correct refund they probably would have not care. This is not the first time this has happened to me! They don’t even deserve one star. Basically paying for you to take away scrap old fatty waste meat but displaying nice meat in the glass case that they don’t want to give you. Good meat on top in the tray displayed in the glass case but rubbish ones bellow and at the back of the tray, not to mention meat kept behind the counter. They try sometimes mix some bad meat with the good ones every time I go their. Not going their anymore! Please if you are still going their keep your eye open for this. Hope this helps others and not go home and find that the meat full of fat and bones. Dodgy Con meat shop!

Good place to order Indian Groceries for location like Tarneit where it is difficult to find them. Timely delivery & Packaging was also good.

Overall i am satisfied with the Riverdale Quality Meats and Produce

I asked the lady for chicken and after she finished I asked if I can also get some meat but she still was wearing the same gloves she used in the chicken. All the girls at the front DO NOT change there gloves. They serve all there customer's with the same gloves all day. Aside from the fresh meat and produce, they are above all a lovely local business who care for each of their customers.

Becareful This place is so bad I will never buy there again. They have no clue and No education about Hygiene and Cross contamination. Worst butcher shop ever. It started off as a good place to buy veggies and meat but not for long. The meat is always off, purple and slimy. The curry pieces are always full of bones and weirdly cut. I've complained multiple time to different managing people bit no use.

Worst customer service, often have to stand there waiting to be served while a few of the staff members are standing around but the worst thing about the store is the quality of meat, terrible terrible terrible, can never get a fresh meat or one that’s not full of fat

Quality of products is below average for me. I have also purchased meat, only to find it is off. Fresh produce has to be used quickly, as it deteriorated fast.

Worst customer service ever! Been so many times here as its just nearby, couple of times experience no manners servers.
