Had a beautiful experience today. Claire was so professional with a friendly nature. She assisted me with some styles and was very honest. Great service from Claire and made me feel comfortable.

Ritz of Rosanna is my favourite place to shop they have a wide variety color, styles and sizes. No matter what the event is you are sure to find it at Ritz. You get fantastic service from Melissa and her wonderful team and you feel on top of the world when you leave with all your purchases. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely experience here shopping with my mum for a Mother of the Bride dress. Staff in the shop very friendly and helpful. They stock sizes from 8 to 24. Mum even got her shoes, clutch and earrings here as well. Definitely recommend

I’ve bought a dress as a guest at a wedding in October. Then there was an engagement party and needed some new shoes for an old favourite that I bought from Ritz 2 yrs ago. Next a mother of the groom dress. Finally a dress for my special birthday in December. Melissa and Genevieve are always so attentive, honest and helpful. There was a lot of patience on their behalf getting the mother of the groom dress selected. Of course it was absolutely perfect and all the guests said I looked stunning. There is nowhere else I would go other than Ritz,
PS they do stock more casual stock too - not just the special occasion outfits.

Being 65, and needing an outfit for a formal wedding, I was at wits end trying to find just the right thing. A friend suggested Ritz of Rosanna, and what a wonderful find! The ladies there know just the right things to try, and have an awesome selection. I left knowing I had purchased an outfit that was perfect for me. Great variety in choice of clothing. Melissa is incredibly helpful. Can but something from here and not feel like you're going to see it on several other people when you go out. Not exactly wheelchair friendly but would ring first to see what help can be provided (eg clothing on 2nd tier), dressing room not accessible. So happy with my purchases. FB page great way of keeping eye what's available and even what's on special.

Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing store in suburban Rosanna. They stock real clothes for real women, of all shapes and sizes. The staff at Ritz are professional and honest in their opinions and each time I visit, i feel as though I am shopping with close friends. The store stocks clothes that are not readily available at other stores, with many unique pieces on sale. It is a one stop store, selling accessories, handbags, shoes, stockings and even shape wear. Clothes range from casual wear to everyday wear to formal evening wear.

Ritz has come to the rescue numerous times for me and my daughters over the past several years. The wonderful Melissa and her fabulous team are incredibly helpful and always manage to help us find something suitable and beautiful. We've bought stunning gowns and dresses for school formals, outfits for weddings, graduations and parties. They also stock dressy shoes, bags, coats and great basic items which can be worn with statement pieces. Very highly recommended!

I have been twice to Ritz of Rosanna in the past 8 months. The girls made me feel like a celebrity as they looked after me! They have so many gorgeous clothing and accessories that it’s hard to escape with just one item! I’ll be back again when I save up some more pennies! Thanks Melissa and crew!

The owner and staff here couldn't have been more helpful and patient in helping me successfully choose a dress for my daughters upcoming wedding. They even took photos of me in different outfits to send to my husband and daughter for their opinions. They have a great selection, including larger sizes of both formal and day wear as well as a nice selection of shoes, evening bags and accessories. It truly is a one stop shop. They even called me when new dresses in my size came in which was very helpful as I live an hour away but will definitely be making the trip again. I highly recommend them.
